STRANGE Black Ring in Sky in Wisconsin by Lake Michigan Is this a UFO or a Smoke Ring? What is it? 

I was driving and saw this strange thing in the sky. I was wondering if it was a swarm of bugs. (Since we do get swarms living right by Lake Michigan)
If someone knows, let me know! This is the first time I've ever seen something like this.
