Crystal Clear! Native American site produces best Artifact I've ever seen found! Arrowhead Hunting!
This week I meet up with History Seekers, Relic Riley and Brandon Sutton to hunt for lost Arkansas Native American History! This was once a huge native camp along a river bank. What we discover shook us to our core! Ive never seen an artifact like this!

Don't be discouraged by all the brokes Brandon, I've hunted them for over 35 years and broken to whole ratio is about 30 to 1. It makes you really appreciate and treasure the whole ones. I am always glad to see these artifacts rescued instead of being lost to history

Yes Sir! When I wore a younger man's clothes, that's what I did every chance I had! Hunt those rocks! I've not been able to since I broke my neck years ago! I have artifacts from Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and one I found in Tennessee. Had the chance for a very short hunt in Tennessee back in the day. I would love to see what you might find in your neck of the woods!! I know when you pick up a rock and know that your the fist hand to touch it since the Ol'boy that lost it? Hundreds if not thousands of years ago? It's a rush that never gets old!! Happy Hunting! Whether your hunting rocks? Or glass? Most of us will be watching! Thanks for taking us with you!

Sweet finds fellas, crystal Quartz is my favorite material, I’ve found a lot of crystal Quartz points and I can attest to how precious that little Quartz point is, I’ve found hundreds of flint/chert birdies but to find a Quartz point that small and completely intact is rare, much harder to work Quartz, flint is much more mailable and is easier to work those small pieces so yeah that was a heck of a find, All nice finds, congratulations on them all and thanks for sharing, God Bless & GL&HH!!!🙏🏻🏹
@trollfired80-59
@trollfired80-59 День назад
The crystal was a bird point. I am very skeptical of that, we find bird points very rarely because they are so small and delicate. They got fired at birds they just do not survive in whole very often. Never seen a crystal bird point in my life, if it’s 100% it needs to be verified and should be submitted.
@geigertec5921
@geigertec5921 День назад
The crystals were in the area in abundance, it was likely a material they experimented with but didn't have widespread adoption. I would wager the one in the video was lost immediately upon completion. Not a good idea to have a nearly invisible point that tiny, easy to lose.

You should pickup all the flint all the worked pieces are at least half different tools hide scrapers , arrow shaft scrapers. Knives
@chrissettles4127
@chrissettles4127 День назад
Those twins are not bases they are reworked into what is called a shaft scrapers. A arrow shaft scraper. When they broke a arrow head they would rework it into another tool. You guys are not looking for the non chert flint tools the hematite artifacts that are faceted all around sometimes one side or two sides or three sides or four or five or six I have seen hematite worked almost into diamond types. The hematite was used like grafite or like paint for face war paint to mark status to draw in caves on stone . The nutting stones ? They should be all through that area. Big stones heated in a fire then round divt holes in them to crush up stuff like nuts wheat . Hematite and a muting stone to crush hematite to make powders for drawing and painting. They also used as weights in fish nets and bolo throwing weapons
@chrissettles4127
@chrissettles4127 День назад
Alot of those are not broke made that way to scrape arrow shafts. The ones with big "ears" .
