@Alex, while I agree with you, sometimes work of ministry can take up your whole time. I believe they should be placed on allowance. Some congregation can be small pastors and Christians should look after one another. No use one church or pastor amassing money in one account.

They are supposed to endure all hardships including financial ones and looking for side hustles won’t resolve their difficulties. They might be sacked in that job they are holding on to; to support themselves. Their business might fail unless it’s God who leads them into it.

Most of NIgerian movies reflect what is happening around us. Lot of blunders being commited by our pastors are either caused and promoted/supported by their wives just like the wife of Job. Anyways, that is part of the cross of a typical pastor's life. If it is not the wife, it is the children. I pray that God almighty will strenghten our Pastors and Minister conquer the wiles of the wicked. Amen. It is well. Amen

Oh no! This film suppose to have parts o👍. I want to know the end of that compromised pastor and the elder founder of the church. A big lesson here, as a pastor or believer you must not compromise your stand for Christ sake and for Heaven sake no matter what though is not easy but Jesus is our perfect example despite all odds He carried His Cross and God our Father saw Him through. Hmmm. I don't think it is necessary anymore because such a character like that elder abound in the churches forever until Christ comes. It is only God that will judge such (devil/temptation). It is left for us to be strong in our faith and stand in the Lord and pray against compromises. One sin opens the door to more unfortunately . Help us O Lord in Jesus's name 🙏

We Christians need to regularly examine our lives in the mirror of the dictates of the Word. Days of covering up sinful practices with Church attendance or positions are long gone and have never augured well in the long run. And even though we are meant to fellowship as one body each person is running his or her own race. One test or trial can take one back to square one. Tests and trials are meant to take us to the next level and not to floor us woefully. And until that trial is passed successfully the person remains stagnant at that point even though you may be seen to be running helter skelter and being busy in the Church. This movie exposes practices within the body of Christ. It buttresses the point that the fear of God is truly the beginning of wisdom. May God continue to help us all in Jesus name Amen

If only Christians will actually trust GOD. Why fear that you will go back to zero, what happened to going higher by God's grace. Husbands in such situation have to respond to such wives as Job responded to his wife (Job 2 vs 10). Never yield to unscriptural pressures.

Hmmm. This is really not easy in a situation like this. What do we do as children of God. If your child is not a Christian and wants to marry, instead of having a child out of wedlock, do we go for court marriage? If they are christians and fell into sin and instead of concealing the pregnancy by abortion and they repent and want to marry, do we cast them away? If the two parties want to marry, what does the word say?

There's civil wedding marriage they can do that then come bless the marriage in church after the baby Is born. Jesus doesn't hate the sinner but marriage is deeper than just wedding. It's a depiction of the Lord coming for a spotless bride. Ready in righteousness . Weddings can't be conducted with clear evidence of sin. It defeats the purpose of showcasing a bride ready for her bridegroom Christ In purity and righteousness

Women and materialism. If you as a minister, called by God allow anyone to influence you to change your position on God's precepts, ONLY you will answer God because it was you he called not them. A lot is wrong with the church of today where it is an employment to be a pastor rather than a calling. Your messages and the move of the spirit is regulated by men and women who call themselves administrators or elders. Elders like Stephen filled with the holy spirit are rare these days

Question?? should Pastors really not officiate weddings where the bride is pregnant??? Whilst I appreciate that the marriage bed is not to be defiled I think where two young people want to do the right thing, the Pastor should counsel them, lead them into repentance and then proceed to join them in holy matrimony, I honestly think the church must not be this rigid and judgemental towards such issues, only God knows how many are being joined in "holy matrimony" after defiling the marriage bed only difference is ;there is no evidence of that defilement because the bride didn't fall pregnant, otherwise I'm in full support of the general theme of the movie that it's not right as an influential member of the church to control the Pastor and that Pastors should not be manipulated by such members...

I do not see Jezebellic dressing in this movie but all I see is unnecessary name calling, and ministry of condemnation and accusation like that of our adversary who accuse us dayand night. It’s better to say that you don’t personally like her way of dressing.Jeszebe is a spirit that posses both male and female genders, the people it posses mostly are the the ones who think they are holy by just the way they look but disregard the fruit of the Spirit.

They can get married in court and traditionally. After that go to the church for pastor's blessing. Better still look for a church that has no doctrinal issues against such. You can not tell the pastor to join them if that is against the standard of the church.
