Part of it sounds like sleep paralysis when you couldn’t move. I’ve had that and it is not pleasant. I had a disturbing dream a few days ago: I dreamed my grown daughter was a little girl again and she was pretending to be a princess fairy. I noticed she had little flames alighting her pink fairy dress which helped her to fly. Then, next thing you know I realized the little firelights on her dress had burned her up completely and she was gone. I was so sad that this happened. In my dream I knew she was still alive in a realm I could not see and she could not come back to the physical world. I felt so strange thinking about that dream when I woke up. Usually if I have a significant spiritual dream I get an interpretation and an understanding right upon awakening.
Well, there’s some good comments here to ponder. From my perspective, I think the cat got bigger because it didn’t want to be ignored. I also think the cat represents some sort of power coming towards you and it doesn’t want you to be afraid of it. So, from my perspective, you’re becoming more of who you are and you may have some strange phenomenon occurring. Don’t let that bother you. We respect you and take care.

Have been interpreting dreams, mine and others, since the 70s. This is a classic, highly symbolic lucid dream. The house is the house of self as the physical body is the house of the soul. Movement to the right is to the future or from the unconscious to the conscious. Something approaching from the left is from the past; moving to the left is moving into the past or unconscious-perhaps to retrieve, accept or understand some shadow aspect. The game may represent the game of life where, apparently, you “weren’t picked for the team,” a wounding your dream self is asking you to heal. That baggage is surrounding you. Cats can represent intuition, and the cat is getting huge, so your intuition is growing, but the cat is not ready to "move" yet. Cats can represent spirituality or, something sacred, so maybe the dream is saying you are collecting some things (wisdom) along the way ( putting things in the hold all) but you are still in a process, don't rush it (the cat won't move until it is ready). I’m not an expert, but I feel that the mist you saw was your guide trying to appear to you. You may have astral traveled to the field where there was a sports game: ie the game of life. Sorry, Tim and Alfie--I can't help you with the Cat Dream!...However, I am 69 years young, suffer from lower back pains like yourself and I regularly ask for spiritual help when it gets bad at night ( helps a lot! but not cured! )... I had my first Near Death Experience when I nearly drowned at age 12 and saved by Guardian Angel (not my time to Exit)... Since then, I have had no fear of death at all... I have seen the Incredible Silver Cord and had many Out of Body experiences over the past 30 years---which I thoroughly enjoyed each time and consciously wished they would not end!! ...It's like a unique thrill ride at The Carnival or Disneyland I suppose, just roll with the ethereal experience and take it all in and try to enjoy!!! Yes, I think the best thing to do is not to purposely meditate on it but to just let the information and feedback that you need come through daily mindful tasks. ask your guides and angels to send you clear messages as you go about your daily activities.
Tim, anything to your right is receiving from the spirit. Anything from the left is taking. The cat is also a familiar and clearly seeing beyond the veil which is the mist you are seeing. Your house and the era you love is the 30's and the times we are living in right now are reminiscent of the Great Depression. Your television coming on the other day to something that reminded you of an era you loved is someone coming through the veil to help you now. Receiving and taking is the same thing. You are not giving accurate information here. The left is receiving the right is giving sending and healing. These times are not reminiscent of the great depression. Our economy is actually doing very well especially in the stock. Market banks are doing very well also. In my opinion, You were hopping through different dimensions..... When I had a past life experience, I was in several dimensions at the same time. I've had weird stuff in dream state as well. Sleep paralysis started in my teens, lucid dreams, waking up from a dream to realise I'm still dreaming. Going from sleep paralysis to conscious awareness that I'm now asleep. If I'm scared, I ask to be wrapped in a white protective light. One time I was dreaming but could still hear my husband in the kitchen making dinner. I've come to embrace these odd experiences and ask my guides not to give me more than I can handle. I think dreams are a window into what can happen across the veil. Think a thought and there you are. Knowing that young woman is actually your grandmother. Visitations from the recently departed. I saw my mom and touched her hand. I felt her hand in my dream. You are real, Mom, I said. Then she was gone. How fortunate that you can communicate with your guides to help you through. My guides are the strong, silent type. No help with this dream stuff, although I think one of my guides popped in for a second to show herself to me in human form.

I don’t know much about dreams but do see huge value in karmic /energy cleansing… using Reiki or other forms of meditation to cut cords from other peoples’ energies that no longer serve us, or very simply are unhelpful. Negative energy can attach to us and intentional cleansing practices are helpful. Just a personal opinion.
My intuition tells me that you will receive messages about this dream interpretation through daily tasks. When I was 17, I had 3 OBEs. The last one happened near the end of sleep. I was up near the ceiling, and could see the cord attached to body and me. Hi Tim! I've always been one to interpret my dreams. I think the first dream withh the haze is where you speak to your you tube community. I think the haze represents the veil you try to see through, obtain messages and give spiritual guidance. The next dream of you walking is moving forward towards higher realm. Many will ignore this message. The bench scene seems like two realms, two existences sharing a space layered on each other. To me this dream resonates with your guidance. P.S.if you are not taking a collagen supplement already, I would recommend it. We lose a lot of collagen in our tendons that connect our joints and muscles as we age. I have begun taking a collagen supplement because I was having osteoarthritis symptoms in my wrist and knees. I am age 61.

He was a physical therapist for 40 years and made a soul contract to do this healing work with his twin soul ( my cousin) who is on the other side now. Hi Tim. Sometimes parts of dreams may have separate meanings and sometimes not. Mists can confuse a person, make them loose their way. Is that the case here? Could those mists be a natural phenomenon or sent by forces to confuse you? You do your web recordings in the same room as the mists. Perhaps some cleansing/protection mojo might be helpful. The last point I have to suggest is perhaps the other dreams/dimensions and the mists together suggest that some of your readings might have been on these other places and not this place. The mists have somehow confused the readings. Again, cleansing, protection and also clearly stating the intention of the reading before filming might clear things up. I got chills off and on hearing this. One thing I’m getting is go outdoors, take off your shoes and socks, stand on the dirt (preferably) or grass in your bare feet (I know you never do this😂) and breathe deeply for a few minutes and get grounded in your body with Gaia, Mother Earth. Do it on a regular basis. Put it on your calendar weekly. Eventually go barefoot more often.😂 Also, eat root vegetables and hot ginseng tea. The visual I’m getting is from Enchanted April movie where Rose is getting grounded in the water or earth and a lizard is on her hair and she’s fine with it. She’s just relaxed and melting into the warm embrace of the earth and all her Victorian uptight stress is being absorbed into the earth and nature (in Italy🌞🌞🌞). I seem to remember in her books healer Betty Shine talked about a mist building up before she saw a vision. Also, I’ve noticed psychic mediums often have some genetic issue with their eyes. Tim, I worked with people and their dreams for over 30 years. I am a psychotherapist. If it’s a personal dream ( they usually are,but lately the veil is so thin many are having collectively symbolized dreams). No one can tell you what your personal symbols are………they are yours and we would need to know what issue you are working with presently, to determine what they mean. So ask yourself if this dream is personal or collective. I think it’s probably personal. Did you have emotions? Another thing is the fact that you knew you were dreaming in the dream,says you were lucid dreaming, which can be cultivated to become very powerful. Right off, I’m picking up that there are some deep seated fears perhaps about your super powers and bringing them forth at a higher level. These dreams speak of spirituality. You may want to look into past lives, you may have had some bad experiences where you were hurt or even killed due to your spiritual powers. All is connected, the pain, the issue you are trying to release and the dreams.❤
I suffer from bad lower back pain sitting in a lounge chair isn’t the best. Often have to stand. Physiotherapy helps. And the exercises they advise. Careful what you lift and how u lift. I worked in aged care and lifting residents nearly ruined my back. Take care Tim. You do a wonderful job.
Additionally: All this emphasis on being asleep/being awake. One wonders if you are teetering on the edge of what you experience as an "awakening". Perhaps its quality of discontinuity with what you know and already feel comfortable with is part of the issue for you (as it would be for many). That the coming awareness challenges the heretofore held notions to far too great a degree to be at all easily accepted at this particular moment. It is my understanding that the Munroe Institute is a very very solid institution. Given your reported initial experience of discomfort with an out-of-body experience, one wonders if the Munroe Institute, in particular, might provide you with some basic info about the matters under your current consideration. If I recall correctly, it was out-of-body experiences that initially prompted Munroe to investigate further. Again, I was told by a well-respected person with knowledge of these sorts of things that the Munroe Institute is solid.
Have you ever just recorded your dreams, fragments remembered ? An exercise if you wish is to keep a pen/paper at bedside. When you wake up during the night or in the morning, write down 1. what you remember 2. Any emotional reactions 3. Any insights then leave it 4. Return to your writing of dream after a few days, then 2 weeks, a month. 5. Each visit add any additional insights Have you ever looked into Lucid dreaming? Dream images are very personal. We can receive important messages from the other side too. Native American dream images may be helpful. A cat image that got bigger may be an interesting totem animal to explore & what it means to you. I don't blame Alfie from jumping away...lol. Also the mist element at the beginning of dream....almost like a magicians magic trick before the event. The third element of getting stuck in another dimension. 2nd dream of being concerned about being out of body. 3rd dream drifting off then consciousness moving down. FYI those type experiences I had often as a child to different degrees. I keep the awareness as I flew around the town. I use to always have dreams and wake up to fast. I use to always remember my dreams and the next day pick up were I was. Your mind and your physical body wasn't in sync yet and you feel like restricted. I wouldn't worry about it. I call it suspended in time !
Tim, I do dream interpretation and have my whole life. It’s very different than what most do but rather than giving you my dream commentary, I want to address once again your back. What happens is that over time our joints, including in the back, lose tensegrity as the fibers get damaged. It’s permanent degeneration (with reprieves from pain) unless the fibers are stimulated to regenerate. These are non surgical procedures not exercises or topicals or techniques. This is what I’ve mentioned to you a few times now.

Hmm, you are acquiring baggage (that perhaps belongs to the people who are ignoring you?) and packing things in it when you are interrupted by the cat and stop. After the shift you go back to doing the same thing and a larger version of the cat returns (you apparently get the message the first time). Maybe meditate on what the cat wants you to stop doing (what baggage WHOSE baggage?) and why.
Tim, here's what I think happened. Your back pain has been intense. and occupies much of your waking hours. Perhaps the dream about the cat was only a diversion (hey! Hi Tim, I see the mist in the room being the energy from spiritual beings who are aware of the spiritual work you are doing on the channel and personally. They are aware you are a Channel, a form of mediumship. People who are mediums are seen as bright lights by those in the spirit world. They are attracted to you because they want to share their knowledge through you. Nothing negative there. You just had a moment of objective clairvoyance in seeing the energy of the invisible team that is working with you. Your sitting room where you film has become super-charged with a lot of spiritual energy. I would say it has become a portal of sorts. Not so much the physical space is making it happen, but more you are a person who easily tunes into multi-dimensions and you are repeatedly doing this in your sitting room. There is also a lot of energy coming into this space from people watching your channel, especially the political content, as things are super emotionally charged right now in US and UK. Because you are so open, I see there are new spiritual beings from other dimensions that are attracted to you. Again, nothing negative, but out of the usual dimensions you are attuned to. Dealing with all of this energy is intense for your body. You may want to doing a cleanse of your house and then mentally set up how you want the environment to be. Who is welcome and who is not. You should be comfortable and in charge. You can also ask your guides to protect that space according to what you want to experience. The cat in your dream seems to me like a protective guide, an animal totem. With both encounters in your dream the cat is sitting on something or sitting on you. It is keeping you in one place, grounded. It is keeping you from getting too out there into different dimensions. Brown represents grounding. Google cats as an animal totem and see if the qualities they have resonates with you and what you are going through right now. Cats physically see spirit and can protect your house psychically. My understanding is that an animal totem does not show just once, but is a guide that is actively working with you. So now you have a dog and a cat! The feelings you had about the cat is a clue. If you dream in color , then the color of the cat has a meaning. The cat growing bigger and you not being able to get it off you seems negative.

You are invited to get out of your head and go behind the wall you've built with your mind, and look in your bags that are behind you and behind the wall. The cat is relevant to what your image of cats is. Is it curiosity.? Maybe being asked to be curious about examining an aspect of your life. Hello Tim and Allie, I had a realistic dream just two nights ago. I saw a strange misty light coming from my bedroom- as I walked down the hall I could see a blue-pink swirling light and I could make out a translucent hand and body shape- I knew it was an Alien being of some kind. It scared me and I woke up suddenly-just like you did. The really strange thing about it was I was going through tic-Tock videos The next night and saw the exact same thing on a video. She just put out a RU-vid video today that may explain being lifted out of your body as part of the ascension process. I think you are about to level up. There is some sort of way you need to clear the doorway or open to the other side. I believe your mediumship abilities have a new visual/physical feelings type of expansion available. It’s almost like they want you to believe it is possible and that there’s no reason to feel crazy for knowing you have been chosen to do more. You are meant to connect on a clearer level and need to say yes. That’s my take.
I wonder if the mist is something objecting to the renovations in your house? I think Alfie would tell you if there was something bad going on. My dogs have always let me know when there's a problem. I do hope your back heals. I have impacted vertebra and have had sciatica for years. It's horrible.
Tim, the part about you feeling ignored or no body liking you could be a long held insecurity. Is that something from the past for you? Have you looked at astral projection or soul wandering, spiritual travel? This could be described as intentional out of body experience. This is where consciousness can function separately from the physical body. This idea is ancient and occurs in multiple cultures. I’m not an expert but just a thought. Best wishes.

The big cat. Maybe that was me visiting you. I had a dream I can't remember last night. Everybody calls me the crazy cat lady cause I have 8 inside and 2 ferel outside I take care of. I have brown hair and a very large black cat. Lol I always wanted to visit the UK because my great grandfather on my dad's side came to the US from Yorkshire. Wish he'd stayed there I might have lived in a better place. If that cat was me in spirit sorry I squished you lol
You are trying to push off something thats just going to keep coming back larger and larger. You need to face it and find another way to deal with it other than brute force shoving. Something thats getting in your way of what you want to do. Maybe pat it, feed it, ask it nicely. Shoving it off isn't working.
