Hi and many blessings to you. In my country I work with children who have been abandon. This child will learn how to be affectionate from you. I noticed he is disconnected, meaning he does not know or better said he is not attached to anyone he goes with anyone he also hits which means that is what was around him aggressiveness. That also tells me that his birth mother or step father was not affectionate to him, he was in the hands of many different people. I have seen him in other videos. The good thing is that he is becoming attached to Anh Hmong. So happy for the little one now he will have a happy life. God bless him you Ahn with health happiness, peace, properity!
@yolandapwrez2778 if you watch the video titled " The boy is lost poor 17 year old trying to find mother" when Anh saw him at the market walking around she went up to him and started talking to him, he let her pick him up and they walked around asking people did they know or see his mother of course no one had anyway long story short. She sat for hours until the market closed up got her things together and walked over to a lady who was gathering her stuff and just put him there with the lady and walked off Tieu started crying so loud that she couldn't take it went back and got him the minute she picked him up he stopped crying and put his arms around her neck. He might not be attached to many people but he loves Anh.
