STRANGE PRICES AT ALDI!!! - Saving Where We Can On Aldi Saver Deals! 

One time I did a product by product comparison with receipts from my Aldi and my Walmart. It was absolutely convincing that for the things I bought at that time, Aldi was significantly better in pricing.

The hummus at Aldi is fantastic! I usually buy the roasted red pepper, or the Quartet of 4 different varities. Also their flavored cream cheese speads are very good quality and are as yummy as the GV line at Walmart.

The Benton lemon creme cookies are so good!!! The filling is delicious and the cookie is the right amount of lemon 🍋. Highly recommend them!!

Like you, Danno, I like Aldi's gala apples. Stopped yesterday to get a bag, and looked around but didn't see anything else low enough in price to stock up. I left and went to Kroger's to stock up using the digital coupons. I freeze and dehydrate the specials for use later. Thanks for your videos!

I never knew what the big deal was about Raos sauce until I tried it. Now, I will only eat Raos.. It is truly worth it.

I had never been to Aldi until I started watching you. We don't have one in our town and have to drive to a bigger city 40 miles to go. One we go to has the white bread for 50 cent a loaf and the other one we go to is 1.29. Big difference in price, but both are still great prices.

Caution about the pasta in bags: it contains soy. The old boxes did not. Many are having issues with it cooking properly and basically turning to mush. Their hummus is great, along with with many of their specialty dips for summer.

You have to think about the savings over time. Maybe even set it aside if you can. For instance if you save 5 dollars a week that does not seem like much but 5 x 52 = 260 dollar I have to spend somewhere else. For me that is 3 full tanks of gas. It I could be 3 water bills or 1 plus electric bill or money I put in a jar towards Christmas.

Florida mangoes 🥭🥭🥭 are in season and we pick them from our trees!!!

Some decent prices on a few things. Will have to go and stock up on a few of them.

We bought strawberries for $1.10 the other day and they were delicious. Very red and tasty.

The reduced the pasta to 12 oz now in a plastic bag for the same price. It used to be 16 oz! Its mini. Now.

Have you seen their biscotti dippers around in Aldi anymore? The ones in the big clear round plastic bucket containers. I use to buy them all the time and haven't seen any, of any variety, for at least a good year now. I loved the lemon and the chocolate backed ones.

I would love to go to wher there are Alsis that are good. I'd jump on the chicken! I like to either bake the leg quarters with butter and paprika,onion powder and maybe sesame seeds, or mostly,I put them in a big crockpot with a little BBQ sauce, cook it, drain it, debone it, and put it back in the pot with more BBQ sauce .It makes incredible BBQ.I freeze it in batches. I tried to can it; it isn't as good. ( I personally like Honey and hickory for this.I mix them since Kraft stopped doing it.

When I buy toilet paper, and the price is the same, I choose the package that weighs the most.

We save about $100 a week using Aldi. Somthankful fornthat store. Good deal on frozen chickennbreasts for $16.99.

i bought aldi chicken breast, great price but something is wrong when they take up the entire plate. I dont know what they are pumping into those chickens.

Aldi is the place to go for dips. Costco charges an arm and a leg. They sell a double the size but quadruple the price.

Aldi has been out of dill pickle chips for a while. They have spears and some fancy garlic stuff but not the regular dill chips.

Can you check if all types of flour are still high quality coz i bought bad flour and my bread and cakes tastes like corn cakes and very dry and hard. When i placed the bread dough in the ref to rise for 12hrs it turned blackish. Its not suposed to turn blackish gray. I tried buying flour agaub in 3 different stores but the result of the bread and pancakes were the same, very hard and sandy even with too much baking powder and yeasts...

Aldi is overall cheaper. There are a couple exceptions the great value ranch chips are cheaper that aldi nacho cheese chips. Eta in central FL aldi is expensive for canned chicken its a nope for me walmart and Sams beat aldi on canned chicken all day.

Today I went to my local Salvage food store and you can tell things are tough for them also. Their meat freezers were half empty and their prices are higher than they were 3 months ago. I normally spend about $100 there, but their prices were so close to aldi and with their meat section being practically empty I spent $40. I normally buy most of my meat there frozen since it is a lot cheaper. They had no sausage, only a small amount of pork loin (I don't eat that), a small amount of bacon, some hamburger that was almost the same at aldi, and a few things of frozen chicken drums. They normally have ham, lots of sausage (both turkey and regular), chicken, other beef cuts like roast, and about 9 freezers full of frozen meat, not including the other frozen foods. I was disappointed. They are building an aldi closer to me only about 5 miles away instead of the almost 20 it is now, so it will be just cheaper with gas for me to go there.
