Mine is actually okay. Haven't had this issue yet. It did happen to my other controllers before. Trynna switch the sticks. Both of 'em could be pulled out. When you switch the left stick to the right and the right to the left. Nailed it. Easy peasy.
Expensive or not, you are still spending money on it. The funniest of all is they give you no warranty on it. Once shit happens, you either have to fix it yourself or get a new one and I don't think that's the right mindset. From marketing point it works, from practical standpoint, not at all.
Have you dropped the controller because if the clicking effects your gameplay i dont think it’s nothing to worry about until you see issues with the controller that effect gameplay
Moving the controller too much during say play call of duty and you move the sticks draw strong it's going to make a grinding sound I've had this one like 10 of my controllers
