PANCAKE RECIPE:
- 1 cup flour (I used a mixture of oat & buckwheat)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (I didn’t use this but it would’ve helped)
- 1 cup plant milk (I used cashew) *add a splash of apple cider vinegar so it thickens up like buttermilk
- Optional 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or add protein powder (+ a lil more milk)
- Optional add 1 tbsp ground flax seed (helps w/ consistency & omega 3’s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
*recipe is vegan since my sister & i are vegan! ;)
