I feel like the library/town hall now ties in with the whole victorian build theme.

It Should Be 'Random Day Rapid Construction'!

The main thing I love about Kayla is that she actually realizes that not everyone has every single pack unlike some sims youtubers who use every single pack for all of their builds and she keeps that in mind when building things to put on the gallery. Its just nice to be able to use good builds without needing to spend hundreds of dollars so theyre not empty or filled with replacement objects

The initial hype over turning 20 is intimating because it's like wow not a teen anymore and then you realize it's nothing because you can't do anything and nothing changes

I love all the little touches you put into your builds. The one that particularly caught my eye in this one is the flagpole on top of the steeple! Also, I felt the same way when I was coming up on 20 years old! It was really freaky to think about not being a teenager anymore, since I had been one for seven years at that point. Honestly I felt like I was having an existential crisis. It definitely took a lot of getting used to, but I got through it eventually, and I know you will too! ❤️

Loved what you did with the library. I'm 29 and still feel like I'm 19 for the most part. Aging is weird, I don't feel any older and when I actually think about my age I feel old only because I know when I was like 15, 30 seemed old and that they always seemed to have their stuff figured out. It's all lie. The older I get the more I realize that nobody really knows what's going on, so you just kinda have to keep going and not worry about it

When I was a kid my town library went under a major renovation and the library was temporarily in the town hall basement for like 2 years. Also I do genealogy and so many towns have record archives in the town hall. So I think this is such a cool build and very very fitting!

OH MY GOSH I’m so glad you mentioned the basement terrain issue! I just experienced this the other day and tried everything to fix it!

At this point Sims management crew has to hire you as an architect and a builder for the next pack or whatever they're gonna release

The basement would have been cool as a bunker style build. Like a hide out for the mayor to keep safe. Love this build!😊

Watching this I'm reminded how cheap the Sims 2 packs and expansions actually were back when it was still new. That was technically my first introduction to the Sims if you don't count life stories. Years ago I actually got like 6-7 packs/expansions at a library book sale! They were like 2 bucks each! I don't play the Sims much now because of how expensive the extra content is now. I have Sims 4 but got bored of base game so quickly. I enjoy that extra addition to games to keep it interesting and immersive. Which is the reason my Skyrim is overloaded with mods. I know I can mod and add cc to Sims and I probably will later. I'm in college to be a game designer and growing up around video games. I want to make what I would want in a game, not having tons of dlc type stuff that should've been in the game already. Only make it when it's necessary or just as much content as the base. BTW: I know the feeling of turning 20 I'm just getting used to the thought, and I'm about to be 21 now in November D:

I think one of the things that I like the most about Kayla, is that since we are both the same age, I can relate to the whole “Wowzers I’m turning twenty in literally 9 days!!” I’m not excited, nor ready for it! It’s nice to be able to relate to someone that you watch so often.

It annoys me how lazy game developers have become. Something this detailed and well thought out should’ve been a part of the pack.

I spent a few hundred dollars on a gaming style chair best few hundred dollars spent, and its so comfy. I didn't go with DX Racer though they seemed a tad to narrow and I'll admit I'm tall and have a bit of a wider frame, well I ended up choosing EWIN cause it was a bit more budget friendly and they had a sale going on at the time I ordered. If your in the market for a chair and have the money seriously go for a gaming chair they are built to last and support you in the right areas. I sit in mine daily for many many hours and its over a year old and it is like i just put it together from the box still. I mean seriously would you rather spend a few extra hundred or so on a chair that will feel good and last OR go cheap and then be complaining in six months because you already gotta buy a new chair even though you just shelled out around a hundred for one at your local office supply store or Walmart?

The sims team needs to hire you tbh.

Can u make the abandon plane bunker into a place where sims can go to complete the army career? Like maybe put airplane hanger, that have bunks and work out equipment in it, and instead of it being an abandoned plane, it could be a plane that is being worked on/used for scraps,

once you're 20, it feels like an inevitable countdown towards 30, instead of an exciting count towards 18. its when time seems to go a little bit faster and yet things dont change, and at least here, you've hit all the legal milestones and there's less and less of a point to birthdays and you have to host them yourself anyway
