Strasburg Rail Road 90, a 1924 Baldwin Locomotive Works 2-10-0 Decapod type steam engine, hauled the regular excursion trains based out of Strasburg Pennsylvania. Number 90 is one of only two 2-10-0's operating in the United States. The 90 was built for the Great Western Railway of Colorado and was sold to the Strasburg Rail Road in 1967.
At the stop at Groff's Grove, 90 stopped and was passed by an east bound excursion pulled by Strasburg Rail Road 475, a 1906 4-8-0 Mastodon built for the Norfolk & Western Railway.
