I don't give my clients a workbook, but I do sent them the questions we will go trough during a call. This helps them to prepare, and the feedback what I receive is that they prefer it this way.
I visited the course page and here's something I noticed, when I scroll down I can't see the top nav bar clearly because there is no background separating the text so kind of hard to go to other pages during the process, I suggest adding something as background like violet rectangle or just a white box
Great advice when you're doing visual/UX design for a client. The picture gets more complex and properly into business strategy/customer value proposition when you're doing service design or full product design.
