I think a ton of emails need to be sent to the Commissioner's office complaining that too many constables and PCSOs are still wearing these badges and are blatently wearing them in spite of the rules set down. Also, that the leadership team within each station are NOT ensuring individual officers are complying with the rules. In the "very" old days constables used to be inspected by their bosses at the start of their shift and anything out of place was rectified before they went in front of the public.
The likes pour in before there is time to even watch the video. That’s a testament to Yardley a very underestimated auditor. He has a sharp eye and an ability to burst the pomposity of the bubble of even the most arrogant of police officers. He quickly draws our attention to the pointlessness of being moved from gates where he wasn’t obstructing demonstrating the petulance of the officer when he didn’t comply. But he’s more than that he’s compassionate and astute when met with professionalism. Not his fault that’s rare with the Met.
Full disclosure: He shocked me the first time I watched one of his videos. (Bear in mind, at the time I was used to the likes of DJ, PJ, PTTP, and AB). The way he went off on a cpl of constables I thought "Shit! No wonder there's a problem with police and the public". But, I'm nothing if not fair so I watched another and for some reason, what he was saying in that one came through louder than the tone he was using and every word out of his mouth made complete sense. I subscribed on the spot, binge-watched everything he's done, and haven't regretted a second. Kia Kaha Yardley.
@@captivesteelnz so true. I’ve watched him from day one so perhaps seen the growing frustration he feels for the corrupt ineptitude. I think he realised nothing would change and he was never going to get through to the Met without a yank on the chain. He’s not confrontational to get “clicks” his concern is genuine. When he’s in a worthwhile conversation with professional and respectful people he has a great touch and insight. I’ve some reservations about other auditors (not AB or PTTP) you mention who are nothing more than earning a living and getting a kick if they get the chance to down police or more often creep to them. They began with concerns with transparency but have lost them on the way to concerns with being prevented from getting a video to earn money. .
Need thousands of complaints to professional standards about these tyrants and the badge get rid of rowley he,s a joke to weak to pathetic to sort this ravel out …. 18months in job and done nothing at all they are worse more toxic than ever before and he lied bout the Nolan report that they are racist abusing powers tyrants rapists murderers where are all he was investigating and sacking giving that as public knowledge again done nothing
6:49 They always have that need to look for signs of reassurance with each other, that their right and we’re in the wrong, It’s degrading & unprofessional 🏴☠️
Shouldn't have to write a complaint, it's not in the expressly approved items that can be worn in the Home Office regulations. St John's Badge, active service and reserve medals, police medals (long service and bravery) including the ribbon versions, plus a very small number of other badges, awards, and decorations. The blacked out version of the Union Flag isn't on the approved list. Period.
@@7king8debs79yes officer.... problem is, you don't get it, it's like me a Rifleman in 3 Rifles wearing Para wings and i never even seen a parachute....it's disgusting
Not well at all... The old cop must have the onset of dementia not to know about the ban on badge wearing, it was all over the news and memo's must of been sent to stations about them not being allowed to wear it. Shows us they're not even bothered about obeying orders from the top, and haven't a clue about what's legal and what isn't. We're fecked🤦♂
"Can I help you?", "Can I help you?", "Can I help you?", "Can I help you?". How? How is she offering any help? What is she going to do to help anyone with anything? Large Scotch on the rocks? Nice back massage? Empty a colostomy bag? She's not going to help anyone with anything, it's just a way of starting up an interrogation.
I can't understand how these so called police can still wear this thin blue line badge when they have been told not to wear it by their boss. Does this Mark Rowley have any real authority at all or is he just a figurehead for the corrupt police? The mind boggles! Very entertaining audit, thanks
I believe( that's just me) Rowley has made it vague on the badge, 'is it - isn't it'? Leaving it open for interpretation by constables on the wearing of the badge, quite clever actually, the buck doesn't stop with him,it slides right past him, and the constables don't hate him for( semi sorta ) enforcing it.( Or not) 😳
These are the idiots who go on to become police officers in charge of uploading the law. If they don't even follow their own policies about the uniform and identifying themselves what hope does the country have
There is 'no room for complacency' within the police force, and this has absolutely been reaffirmed by watching this!! Really excellent work by you here Yardley!!
Yes but he still needs to be fully trained as to his duties and procedures. ,( there's nowt wrong in supplementing you're income as a pensioner. You've spent 40 years paying into the system through income tax and national insurance. Why decry an individual. Wait till you reach pensionable then see what it's like.
Give him credit clearly the office is shut and someone comes to report something at 16:30 to the officers and for privacy he mutes it, legally can record it and upload it but morally decides to mute the details off it
Even more offensive is that the PCSO’s TBL badge has a poppy on it which is not sold by the Royal British Legion. None of the purchase price even goes to charity.
When they say do you need any help? Really annoys me. They think someone who needs help is going to stand on the street and film the police station? Idiots.
A poor bloke goes to a cop shop needing help and it's fuckin shut.....like the rest of the UK to most people...unless you're rich, or not native, you've got no hope. We just have to pay for it!
Your linguistic skills for dismissing these "servants" are top notch. You so easily expose their corrupt agenda, and when they resort to "I just wanted to check if you're ok" you know it's a win. Always a pleasure watching your videos!
I love how they come out with the big smily face , like there you're best mate . Then try giving bullshit directives about the gate . The inspector and the Sargent were very concerned about your wellbeing, How lovely of them . If Rowley gets his way you guys will be banned from filming these clowns 🤡. The black plastic was absolutely pathetic you definitely should report him . Ffs the plastics are as bad as the others these days.
If there was ever an auditor that showed the police for what they are, this is the guy and once the public relies the police are not there to help, you lose all fear of them, nothing more than tax collectors.
Long gone are the days when we the public respected the police but when you look at the sorry excuses for officers that get the job purely through box ticking, intelligence and integrity seem a thing of the distant past :(
That poor little girl at the beginning was told that her uniform would make her an authority figure. The look of disbelief on her face when she found out it doesn't was priceless! A fantastic idea: Why not use police stations as police stations? Then at the end we have PCSO's, which remind me of the Judy Collins song "Send In The Clowns"!
Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley has defended his decision to ban officers from wearing the thin blue line badge. The badge was created as a "mark of remembrance and respect" for officers who have died while working. (Most die in traffic accidents on their way to work or from ill health whilst at work, hardly any die from crime related violence, meanwhile on average 200 civilians die annually in or recently released from police custody) Sir Mark told City Hall's Police and Crime Committee that he was "cautious" about officers "showing allegiance to any cause" on their uniform. Sir Mark said that in the US, the equivalent badge to the thin blue line one "has ended up being both a policing symbol and is being used by some hard-right groups". He added: "That's why this is a tricky territory. This is contentious." He said that if there was not a "firm line", officers could end up wearing "hundreds of badges".
It's like watching a circus filled with really bad clowns. Why don't they leave people alone. This stupid urge to make youself look important, by flasing a badge for no good reason. And that PCSO was a bit of a crackpot.
The bit where all 3 get on the bus made my day aren't they to tired to walk their so called beat and do the public have to pay there fares keep up the good work
What the police officers should be saying to you is this (just in case they are not sure what to say). “You are in public so you can film anything you can see till the cows come home, further more even when he cows have been milked, had their grub and are wandering back down the lane to their field (or housing) you can still film, enjoy yourself.”
Let me see if I have this straight... you can be offensive by wearing the badge, but I can't be offensive by calling you crap. Rules for thee but not for me is the number one indicator of a sociopath.
@omokoroa1 Before engaging further, can you please clarify whom you believe is holding and/or maintaining the "higher standards"? Are you referencing the three uniformed individuals who chose to accept that position knowing the obligations to follow orders, policies and regulations? Or are you referencing the member of the public who has no such obligation? I am genuinely curious as I see similar thought patterns to those above routinely in the uneducated populus, and I don't like making assumptions or casting aspersions without basis; unlike some.
@@FoxtrotOscarAuditsAfter watching the video I can only conclude the the 'auditor', YS, thinks he has found soft targets. When his attempts to get a response from two pcso's, initially, fails then he tries, without success, to provoke the third one. He tries desperately to get him to react to his increasingly incoherent raving but neither no.3 nor the first two have any intention of letting him do that. You can almost feel his relief when they decide to get on the bus - or did they only get on the bus when he told them to?
@omokoroa1 with appreciation for your willingness to engage, the response is non-responsive. I am still left without clarity on whom you suggest is holding / maintaining "higher standards." Perhaps following that we can discuss the "soft target" nature of the PCSO's.
With so many Protests happening in London on a daily basis, it would be very useful if you had Patriots demonstrate outside a Police Station against the blue line badge wearing Police Officers. And if this happened at multiple stations in a day or week or month, and was filmed and put on multiple Social media Channels the main stream Media would be interested otherwise they would miss out, it's just a thought.
Powerless plastic plods being paid £29K p.a. for what ? I've seen PCSO's actually holding hands when walking and other pair each carrying Tesco bags full of shopping. My local station regularly sends a PCSO out in the big carrier to Greggs for the sergeant's pasties.
@@catastrophic009 HMMM Point taken, may have to cut it down to One set of 40s 428 cam Ported polished flowed head. Steel crank and finally Blue printed. Should be good for 9000rpm 🤣🤣
@33:38 He is happy because he is a quota hire with or without any qualifications. Quotas do not usually have qualifications let alone IQs that are detectable which this quota demonstrated.
The old guy dressed as a PCSO repeatedly commenting on your mental health as a way of attempting to belittle you is extremely offensive to me. A person's mental health is not something that should be used as a weapon against them. Disgraceful behaviour.
It's a lot more than that. My ex, was one in about 2007, here basic was in the region of £24k even back then. Hence she is my ex, ego driven. Tried to pretend she was in the police when at home or when we we went out together.
His role is a PSCO he is supposed to engage so much better than he did.. Yep he was crap. The fact he acts like that knowingly being filmed does not show him in a good light. If that's the sort of person you want to conduct investigations of any nature.. your more than welcome to him.
