Given that Burt Rutan has already done two previous aircraft like this (see WhiteKnights One and Two), I suspect that he knows what he's doing. ;)

Ignore him, this is some obvious Russian fool, who is butthurt that Roscosmos is sucking hard and loosing on all fronts. Russia wouldn't be able to create such aircraft and to launch rockets from it, so all he can is to post shit in the comment section.
