I fully support the Tolkki era, and the biggest thing about Stratovarius was thanks to Tolkki, but I dare to say that the Elisyum song is among the 3 best Stratovarius songs in all history
So nice reaction. ITs exacktly like how i feel when im listening to there songs. Also why im now subbed to you :) Also there song called " Destiny " Is like one of my favorit songs. It thanks to that song im still listening to them to this day. But Elysium just broke me. How is a band Like Stratovarius thats been playing for so long, Still able to dish out so magnifisant songs. That i wonder. Anywho. Love the reaction. Same as mine. Will follow u closely from now on :)
Stratovarius is one of the pioneers of Finnish Metal scene. This is some of their newer stuff and such a great album. Been pretty long time I haven't listened to this actually 😅 Some trivia: Their keyboard player Jens Johansson is the man that brought keys in metal. He has played in Rainbow with Dio!
You should listen their masterpiece called Elements! The best song for me! Also Elements Pt 1 is one of the greatest albums of all time! Anyway, Stratovarius introduced me on power metal. Very nostalgic watching this video hahaha Cheers

The best band I've ever heard in my life! Stratovarius has been my favorite and most influential band ever since I started listening to metal and I will forever be grateful to them for their amazing music!
Nice!!! The tone of the guitars sometimes reminded me of Queensryche. The chorus of this song did me think of Heart: Alone. Of course there were also some elements that were totally authentic. I heard some of their music before. I dig it. Very good musicians.
Stratovarius introduced me to Power Metal. You have to check out Elements pt 1 and 2 and Visions. Their best times imo. Thank you for the reaction and who ever requested it.
Hey! Just telling that Fleshgod Apocalypse just release a music video for the single "Sugar", from tier upcoming album "Veleno". You should check it out!
So this is the breakdown of their style by albums: A more traditional Heavy Metal Fright Night Twilight Time Dreamspace Power metal / Neoclassical (My Favorite era) Fourth Dimension Episode Visions - I recommend the black diamond song :) Destiny - Favorite album :) Infinite Elements Pt I Elements Pt II Stratovarius (2005) - St Anger Modern Metal / A More Progressive Style/ Less Power Metal / Timo Tolkki's Departure Polaris - Now
