Should the top of the implant be level with my jaw bone. I have X-rays and 3 are level and one is not. I have all on 4.?????

BLT IMPLANTS the upper side is coarse as the implant body,which can help reduce bone loss by allowing bone tissue to regenerate over the margin. If platform shift is made further advantage. Why is BLX designed with polished top portion ? Any specific reason
