Ingredients :
For the puff pastry -
250g pre-bought puff pastry
A little flour for dusting
1 egg yolk
For the topping -
500g strawberries
120ml Elderflower cordial
50ml rose or white wine
Mint to garnish
For the filling -
1/2 vanilla pod
275ml double cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
plus a little extra for dusting
