Preheating: 190°C (preheat the griddle)
Baking: 30~35 minutes at 170°C
[ Chocolate cream ]
120 g sweet chocolate
120 g whipping cream (35%) (for warming)
35 g syrup
250 g heavy cream (35%) (to be used cold)
The day before use
In the video, there is about 150g left over!

50 g water
15 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
You can also use without the wine!

50 g sweet chocolate
50 g whipping cream (35%)
About 40g left over!
