Strawberry Coconut Truffles 

Strawberry Coconut flavour explosion! These super simple, gorgeous little sweet treats are mind blowing. Soooooooo good and they whip up in minutes. Enjoy.
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Strawberry Purée
1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
On the low heat roast the coconut for a bit then add strawberry purée and condensed milk. Cook it until gets thick.
Let it cool down , then roll it into balls.
