He probably doesn't drink which is usually the case. It's all about making money to these people. And 9x's outta 10, they don't use the products they sell to you.
I thought it was about the bodies ability to properly produce and respond to the insulin hormone? So less about the sugar itself but how the body breaks it down and converts to energy etc.

I whole heartedly believe cocktails like this should be considered a hard narcotic cuz after drinking this the next 48 hours aren’t even a blur it’s an empty space of time in your head and probably gonna wake up in the middle of the woods butt naked
