In this video Annette Thurmon shows us how to create a delicious strawberry honey butter and uses a waterbath canner for proper storage.
Once you source the list of ingredients supplied by Annette, she suggests that you prep by measuring and cutting ingredients and thoroughly washing your Ball glass jars.
Then, she’ll mix and cook the ingredients and shows us how to tell when the butter is ready for the canning process.
Once it’s ready she uses a canning funnel to add the butter to the jar and measures the contents with a headspace tool. Then she removes the bubbles and prepares for the waterbath canning process.
