This was a thorough, helpful review. I never expected to see Strawberry Shortcake action figures. A few issues here and there, but I like them overall, just wish they looked more like the original artwork designs. I like some of the accessories, like Huck's fishing pole (if only it could hook the fish) and Orange's art supplies. I think they should have done Blueberry Muffin or Lemon Meringue instead of Lime Chiffon. If I find these on a good sale, I'll probably grab them.
I agree, would have liked something closer to the old art myself. Orange's art supplies are fun. In hindsight I probably should have split the review up. Thanks for watching it.
@@nicolekelly7580906 I saw those. The Loyal Subjects showed off their own new strawberry Shortcake and rainbow Brite dolls and figures at NYTF last month, and they kind of blow boss fight studios stuff out of the water.
The juice from a huckleberry will result in a more pinkish ice cream than the purple-blue you get with blueberry. Thank you for the detailed reviews on these. I've been holding off on getting them as there haven't been a lot of solid in depth reviews of these -- knocked these up on my shopping list now that I have a better sense of them.
Ah, well that makes sense. Never had a huckleberry. Yeah, these guys kinda are regret purchases for me. Boss Fight has 2 other waves up for preorder as well, but I won't be buying any.
