Today’s recipe is strawberry tapioca salad drink .
INGREDIENTS:
Strawberries 450 g
Milk 3 glasses
Tapioca pearls (sagodana)3/4 cup
Condensed milk 3 to 4 tablespoons
( or sugar according to your taste )
Flavoured jello (jelly)
(Add less water as mentioned on the jello box)
Instructions:
1: Boil tapioca pearls in water until they look transparent. Then strain the water and wash with cold water . Set aside
2: on the other hand take washed strawberries in a blender and make a fine paste.
3: make flavoured jelly and refrigerate to set ( i made 2 flavours of jello)
4: Now take 3 glasses of cold milk in a big bowl pour strawberry paste add sugar (or condensed milk) , 2 coloured jelly (cut in small cubes), boiled tapioca pearls.
Mix all these ingredients in milk add some ice if you like and enjoy 😊
