The yellow-eyed things that chased Tang don't look like rats, or robots. They're a lot more reminiscent of headcrabs in texture and body shape. And their penchant for latching on.
My knee jerk reaction was, "oh, dearie me. Another version of "Goat simulator." However, in watching your gameplay, I can see that the game devs put a lot of thought into this game. And, I'm actually quite impressed. Looking forward to the next episode. Keep up the awesome work. And, take care. \o
It actually has a very deep story. Surprisingly melancholic tone throughout the game. This isn’t some generic cat game. It has some real value in its story too.

After the unexpected success of Goat Simulator, followed by Untitled Goose Game, it was inevitable that someone would put money into a much bigger animal first person game. And here we are. Note to self..learn coding, make first person animal game, get rich! Gotta go!
Love all the little intricacies like you can hear the claws on a jump impact on the pipes sound. I won#t watch this for long though since I want to play it myself eventually.

They are excellent models. I wonder if they motion captured real cats. This game looks amazing, but I find this type of game a little boring. Much more challenging when you are interacting more with the environment and you have to eat and drink etc. Besides Cats can't fire guns.
I was about to comment the same exact thing. This man and his minecraft let's plays, especially Man vs Minecraft and the survival island with his Wife, are literal pillars of my childhood

Not sure how disappointed you are in playing an actual feral cat, Paul, but if you'd like to play as a bipedal animal in a setting very similar to this, there's Mutant Year Zero. It's pretty great, if a tad jank.

I heard about this game long ago on tik tok and the hook was "a game where you can play as a cat" and i was instantly in love. didnt care to watch any trailers or keep up with the game. just added it to my wishlist and waited hahah
Awesome that you're playing this, but be warned... it could take you (PSJ) many episodes to complete this game ;). You explore much like I do, so this game may take you quite a long time. I just watched someone else play it and they rushed through at breakneck speed, but it's a very good game and creative concept.
You are an amazing narrator. You were made for this. I'd love to see the further adventures of Tang. I've never played, but I would suggest not messing up the flat before the occupant returns?
Some of the streamers I watch on twitch are playing this game, but I think I'll focus on watching you play through from the beginning. This looks like a pretty interesting game!
This game reminds me of rain world. Post apocalyptic city with no humans, you're a cat that gets separated from it's family by falling, signs in an unreadable language, everything. Pretty cool!

I'm kind of intrigued by this one, but hope that "combat" is an optional path. I am warming to the genre "Far" has kind of opened up where the journey is the game.
The combat is actually just like everything else in this game. the cat doesn't fight. He gets a robo buddy soon and later in the story it gets a light that will just make the meat nuggets explode. Kitty remains being a kitty. :3
