My number one tip for doing this is: relax. It’s okay to make a couple mistakes. You probably have about 20 minutes of wiggle room if you follow this guide (which is excellent, btw), so don’t stress out too much over mistakes.
Quick Tip: Not sure if this helps or not but I just wanted to wiggle it in here, pretty sure if you go to settings and set shake mode to single tap, and spam, that makes it a lot quicker to get rid o’ those lil pests.

Thanks so much man this narriated guide helped me to get the 1000 gamerscore on Xbox for this game. After my initial playthrough clocked in at just over 4 hours, I was thinking how am I going to more than half that in order to speedrun it. Used this for both versions. I find it funny on how 2 robots walk through the spilled paint and the guy cleaning doesn't care. You do it, he gets upset. Anyway thank you for this guide!

Absolutely fantastic guide, thanks for making it. One extra tip is to go into the controller settings and change the button for shaking off the Zurks to 'single tap'. It just makes it a bit easier to get them off you when you get attacked 👍👍👍.
