The track GO生 is just the intro for their first full album of the same name. The title track of this album is actually called God's Menu 😊 and "Unveil: ___" is what they call the teasers for their songs, so these aren't the full song. It's like, y'know removing the veil from a song and revealing a portion of it to the fans. Hellevator was created as their first mission on the survival show! Chan put all the boys together into one team & JYP told them to make a song & performance to showcase to him to prove they could make it in the industry so it's very memorable.
GO生 is the trailer for the intro song (i think) of their first full album which will come out this June 17, 2020... They actually dropped a lot of Unveil Tracks from this album. Please check it out 💖💖💖💖
Okay let me tell you, Go Live is an Unveil track but you can actually listen the full version of that song called "The Tortoise and The Hare". This song is in their Repackage Album IN生(LIFE). There's no MV but you can check out the lyric video. It sounds so good and unique.

They released teasers of their main track is GOD'S MENU + bside tracks including Easy, Go (the intro you watched) , Bluprint, Get on.. they will release MVs even for some of their bside tracks as they always do! usually the boys tease the title track but instead theyre teasing the intro with GO through these unveils ! theyve posted about four unveils ( five if im right technically since they "unveiled" top again ) theyve been dropping them as they make their way 2 the actual comeback date on the 17th ! ( which is their first full album )
