Chan literally said this is about his journey to become a K-pop star. He shared it as he thought others would relate. Whilst the Lyrics tell a story, so does the video. In the beginning, all the boys are alone. With haters, doubters, self doubts.... their nightmares/phobias. CHAN work expectations, LEE KNOW heights, CHANGBIN sleep Paralysis, HYUNJIN Loneliness, HAN Social Anxiety FELIX overthinking, SEUNGMIN Claustrophobia and IN the fear of being invisible/overlooked/forgotten It is only when Chan is being attacked by his and was in trouble did the boys start to ban together. Led by the strongest, Lee Know and Changbin, they burst through all those nightmarish things (most likely Chans) in order to get to Chan. You see Chan rising towards the heavens above his nightmares. CHAN has been very open about how he was in a dark place and if it wasn't for the boys rescuing him he wouldn't be on this earth anymore. You see the boys RIP open the wall and rescue him, finally you see them all together and this is the only time you see them smile. I also think Felix has his angel wing because his voice is deep and dark but his personality is sunshine. I feel Chan thinks of Felix as a gift from the heavens as he was someone he could really relate to about home things

LiSA is a highly recognized Japanese singer, her voice is powerful. is one who sings the Demon Slayer Opening song so that should explain the anime vibe this song has .l really like that is liSA voice back to back with Felix voice great combination.this partly references chan’s journey & follow his dream becoming idol & his struggles living in a dormitory training for 7Y and the emotional toll it took on him until he found his fellow stray kids .it’s a beautiful son , very relatable navigation society.❤

This song is Chan's experience and struggles when he left his family to go to Korea at 13 ("Gave up my youth, for my future) and how he was in a dark place for some years watching others go on to debut while he was left by himself...people coming and going in and out of his life. He has talked about this more than once and it was heartbreaking to hear. ........Now look at him/them!!!

The paper bags were impossible to get thru (Seugmin ran), then they struggled thru them (Hyunjin), then IN stands his path and makes them go around, then at the end they became more easily spaced apart (Lee Know can almost walk thru). It's a progression. Everything gets easier with time and determination.

so several people have already explained it, but for a bit more context, im pretty sure that the spng is from Chan's (the leader) perspective. he was born in south korea but his parents moved to australia when he was a baby. at 13, he moved back to south korea to become a trainee. he spent 7 years as a trainee before he was able to debut with stray kids. he quite literally gave up his youth for his future and had been turned down/people coming & going from his life (debuting). so while all of the members had their fears shown, they banded together for their leader to help save him. also the angel wings on felix may be related to him being the sunshine of the group (his nickname) and the fact that hes also australian so Chan got to have someone who understood growing up in australia and the things they liked & missed! hes seen as the dad of the group so the members definitely wanted to help save him!! absolutely loved the reaction!!
