I love venom, but I feel like charmer has some type of hold on me it’s just so good to me, so I’ll have to pick it. I really like the direction they went with this mv. The lyrics speak about how they should escape the spiderweb, but they can’t because they don’t want to. It’s like they want to be trapped in the web even if it’s not good for them. For example when Hyunjin is holding a gun to Hans head obviously it’s not something that Han should want to happen, but he actually holds onto the gun so that he can’t escape. This happens a lot in some of the other scenes with the other members trying to harm each other as well. The last scene is the one that gives me goosebumps though. Felix is so close to escaping he even already had his head through the door, but instead he chooses to go back into the “spiderweb”. I also love how they made the lighting outside the exit so bright I feel like it gives even more impact on Felix’s decision to go back into the darkness.

I like Venom, the lyrics and the MV, they look so good OMG, Felix, IN and LeeKnow wow, also Hyunjin as always. I like a lot LeeKnow vocals he has such versatile voice, also Felix deep tone in contrast with his face is crazy! The song is very unique but also I think it's about a girl actually who possesing a guy :D

I just realize something, this may be a stretch tho. One of Hyunjin rap lyrics was talking about Harley, most likely Harley Quinn, and Han has the gun to his head and not caring about it like the joker, so is Hyunjin Harley Quinn and Han Joker? But in Oddinary main trailer Hyunjin was giving me either Harley or joker, especially Harley vibes with the red hair and black outfit, and Lee Know who came on screen right after him was giving me Harley or joker vibes too, especially Harley vibes with the golf club and joker vibes from the purple on him. They were also boxing each other with spiky boxing gloves, coincidence? I THINK NOT. So is Hyunjin/Han Harley/Joker or is Hyunjin/Lee Know Harley/Joker? AHHHHH MY HEAD HURTS!!! I keep going back and fourth over which is my favorite. 'Venom' or 'Charmer'. When I hear 'Venom' I'm "ok, this is my favorite". But then I hear 'Charmer' and 'no, this is my favorite". I love them both. I love the entire album.

I'm a Venom girl personally. Think it might be my favourite song off the album tbh but, I'll have to see with time. It's so good. Venom, Maniac, Freeze and Waiting For Us are my standouts from Oddinary for sure.

We can observe how much SKZ is struggling with fame and the pressure + addiction that they feel by the overwhelming love that they receive. Hyunjin shooting love bullets? Man... Also the scene where Lee Know observes all the other members numb with poison; as per my observation Lee Know is the only one that still keeps his composure somehow, he is less swayed by fame, is trying his best not to believe all the great things that we Stays say that he is. He is probably afraid that it will all be taken away one day, as he came so close to that in the beginning of their career. The way they specify that their "spider" (mental illness?) makes their fingers go numb? Panic attacks, due to the deprivation of oxygen when hyperventilating, can make your fingers/toes/face go numb. I've had it happen before to me, it's not fun. This is especially potent when you remember that Han, who probably had a big hand in writing this, has social anxiety and most likely has experienced panic attacks before. Stray Kids! Building on your thoughts of the toxicity of self and others in the music video they also start engaging to dangerous activities towards each other, the bow and arrow, the swords in the box, the boxing, hitting a grenade with a bat etc. the toxicity never affects just them.
