lee know's personality is so interesting to me, cause most of the time i don't know what he'll do or say but when he actually says or does something, i'd be like "ah yes, that's such a lee know thing to do". and you're right, lee know doesn't typically tell anyone (in words) that he likes them, it's more in his actions (a tsundere if you will). idk, this man has one of the most interesting lovable personalities out there and that's one of the million reasons why he's my bias.

I love how Koreans are able to express their affection openly without being labelled or criticized. It's a part of their culture that is most admirable. Great review, Max! ❤️

Lee know is so unpredictable at times so it’s really fun to watch bang chan manage him haha, this pairing is so fun because they bring out such different aspects of each other’s personality which you don’t see otherwise 🤍🤍

I think you'd be very surprised as u get to know felix more, he can be quiet at times but he really has the most sincere talks and is so open emotionally, if u check out changbin and felix I think u would be able to see it very well

13:32 there’s actually soooo many clips where Chan is hugging Lee Know and Lee Know is kinda just rolling his eyes with a little ‘please let me go’ smirk. You’ve got their relationship pretty spot on! Lee Know isn’t a very expressive person, but he does care and respect a lot his members, especially Chan. And Chan, being the extremely extroverted and energetic guy he is, he never hesitates to show love to Lee Know in his own teasing way.

honestly I could write essays about how much I love this duo and their dynamic! I personally think that chan finds everything lee know does and says hilarious, like there are very few videos where the 2 of them are interacting where chan is not laughing at whatever lee know said or did, and lee know feeds of off making chan laugh. Thought, when it comes to their dynamic, I think one of the things that has always stuck to me, is the fact that one of the very few times that we have seen lee know cry on camera was on their survival show, before they debuted as a group. Lee know had just been eliminated after a challenge and you could see him holding his tears back while saying goodbye to the others, and only cried while he was hugging chan (while they were both apologising to each other, it was honestly heartbreaking to watch), and at that point, they had only known each other for a couple of months. In my opinion, they have a super deep bond and mutual respect behind the cameras, because otherwise chan (after everything he went through to debut) wouldn't be able to share leadership with lee know, and trust him as much as he does. I just really love them both as individuals and the type of dynamic they have with each other!! (I'm sorry this is pretty lenghty, but I'm not joking when I say I could essays about these two, specifically :') )

Yeeees. Like you said, Lee Know is not an "emotionally open". with all the members. he doesn't want his vulnerable side to be seen - especially to ones younger than him. He even tends to hide his "caring" side. Sure, he can look very affectionate especially to I.N and Han - but he makes it look like he's "joking". But when it involves actual emotion, he tends to hide it. And just like you said, Chan tries to open him up. Especially because Chan is the only one older than Lee Know, he wants to take care of him (Chan had mentioned this before in Chan's room). And Chan actually succeed! Lee Know actually opens up a little in those moments Bang Chan mentioned (When Lee Know comes to him sometimes to rant, and when they had "serious" talk in the past). When he got eliminated in their survival show, he just smiled and held back his tears when other members tried to comfort him but he actually CRIED when Bang Chan hugged him. And Chan said, it's the last time he saw Lee Know cried. Despite what he said, Lee Know really feel that Chan is reliable and he can "let go" his emotion to Chan. He trust him. Lee Know always wants to look strong, but when he's with Chan, we got to see his cute, vulnerable self. He even let Chan peel his boiled egg for him 😂 Even though he is arguably the best cook in Stray Kids. And on the other side, Chan is someone who likes to take care of other and be relied on... but as the leader and the oldest, he doesn't have someone that he can "rely", emotionally. That's why Lee Know often said "Hyung, rely on us, share your burden to us, take care more of yourself". They're so sweet. That's why I really REALLY like their relationship. Our two leaders 🥺♥️

Chan's comment about liking when Minho is angry kinda sound like he's telling him to not bottle up this kind of feelings to me. Especially since he said before that it's not too common but it makes him happy.

i love their dynamic so much cause you can tell the bond that they have with all the teasing and how much they're comfortable with each other. it seems like they're not even filming something, and just basically talking. we all know both of them (and the whole of stray kids) are very very close to each other but this episode proved that lee know and chan are closer than what we may actually think.

Lmao their flirting dynamic is always really funny to watch😂in the early days lee know actually got a lot of hate for being ‘too cold and mean’ but if you look at any of his interactions it’s pretty obvious that’s not the case. Love your observations btw!

i feel like with chan overdoing the affection with lee know, it makes it more lighthearted for lee know. it’s almost like saying “i want to be affectionate and closer with you but there’s no pressure to reciprocate”. it lets it be a joke so minho can easily play along and create his own boundaries. i feel like chan is making his feelings known without putting pressure on minho

These two are way too cute and I love their dynamic. Another reason why I think Lee know is somewhat shy and reserved around Chan is because Chan is his only older brother in the group. Everyone else is younger to Lee know so he can sometimes be playful with them, but he can also be strict. One thing all STAYs know about Lee know is that he is super kind and caring to the members, he mainly does it in actions (feed them food first, cook for them etc) but we also know he does not like being too touchy or overly emotional, its just not his style. He has a personality like a cat (tsundere) whereas Chan's personality is like a dog so it's always a bit of a pull and push but you can tell they love each other.

I am curious about what you thought when Lee Know screamed at the other kids to be quite HAHAHAHHAHAH I think they all have such close family vibes lololol

Chan loves Lee Know and he always laughs alot when he's with him and it's kind of Lee Know's thing to play hard to get with Chan but he also adores Chan. Lee Know is very kind as confirmed by Chan even though he seems like a tough guy I think that's just his look. His actions show how much he loves the members and his personality is certainly an interesting one to behold.

I definitely recommend watching changbin and felix’s room. it really warmed my heart and it’ll definitely show u a deeper side to changbin!

Maybe when BangChan talks about Leeknow's anger it's also in a way giving his okay on Leeknow expressing himself in the way he knows how. Almost like he's saying "it's okay to be who you are, because I like all the parts of you." Another attempt to get Leeknow to open up by giving his approval on what might be seen as a negative trait by some.

Lino is just a cat-person lol He doesn't show he's interested in them but he acts the other way. He said BC pls don't call him when there's nothing. But Chan once show us Lino is the one who randomly call Chan to hear his voice lmao

Lee Know has fairly quickly jumped to the top of my bias list, along with Felix and Chan. As a highly sarcastic person, I appreciate his sense of humor and personality. He's definitely much more guarded with his emotions than the others. I find it interesting, though, that he's also the one who does the most in terms of MCing music shows and appearing on radio and the Korean equivalent of panel shows. His schedule must be insane, which tells you a lot about his work ethic.

As a Brit, I never understood when I saw comments about Lee Know being cold or mean. I think he behaves a lot like many people here in the UK tbh! Loads of us aren't comfortable being really earnest and gooey about our feelings, so we show them through in jokes and sarcasm. Often through actions rather than emotional words (like Lee Know, who will eg see they need milk and just buy it, not saying anything). Also because of politeness rules, when someone shows you their 'ugly' or unfiltered emotions in the UK it's a real sign of closeness. And we've seen Lee Know being quite shy and formal with others, a huge contrast to his sarcastic, jokey self with Stray Kids. Anyway this is such a ramble 😂 Tldr Lee Know is secretly British and we're happy to have him!

Lee Know is only outwardly nice when he deals with vulnerable beings like children, animal, and ppl with soft exterior. Other than these, he’s neutral. He has been nicer to Hyunjin since Hyunjin’s trouble last year because Hyunjin was vulnerable. In Stray Kids, Chan, Changbin, and Seungmin are internally strong therefore Lee Know can tease them. He’s kind to Felix and IN. Hyunjin used to tease him but since last year it doesn’t happen much. Han is Lee Know’s favorite member in Stray Kids. He doesn’t get upset or frustrated with Han. No matter what Han says or does, it always brings smile on Lee Know’s face. This phenomenon has been constant since debut. Stays all know about it.

i love their dynamic because i think they're 2 of the most caring people but in very contrasting ways. sometimes i think chan's heart is too big - it seems like he is constantly worrying not just about stray kids but like, everyone in the world. on the other hand, minho seems to preserve his energy for caring for the handful of people who he's close to, especially at times when they need him. chan always seems to want to have deep conversations while minho acts like he's allergic to them. it's interesting to see how chan plays things here. to me it felt like his teasing was meant to help minho ease into a more serious conversation - like he was compromising right from the beginning. it's been a while since i've seen chan and changbin just the two of them together but i feel like when they've been together in the past they've just joked around a lot lol. it felt like changbin was embarrassed to express how much he cared about chan directly to him, but it would be interesting to see if that's changed now that they're both a bit older!

I love these two and their dynamic, to me it seems that they both have completely opposite personalities and especially ways of showing affection, but they both know how to bounce off each other's responses and understand each other and really hear each other. it would be so easy for anyone else to start arguments from those changes of conversation tone, or the insisting on physical contact vs constantly dodging it, but they understand each other well enough to be able to respect and joke around those differences without forcing one or both of them to change if that makes sense.

I share your excitement for the Changbin / Chan episode! They do feel like the most emotionally aware or - intelligent members. Though they are not a pair the fandom immediately links together as one of the favourites, Chan told Changbin "i think you know me the best" in their first 2kids room and their especially strong bond showed throughout it! Can't wait to see now they're even more mature and probably know each other even better

They both love to tease each other but in a different way, it's more of teasing than flirting especially with these two. Lee know's personality is really like that, cold in the outside but soft in the inside, he's not showy but he shows his love for the members by teasing them in sarcastic way and taking care of them silently. Chan is the only older brother that Lee know has in their group that's why Chan is acting cute trying to baby.
