the part where seungmin rewinding the video was so smart! the police skz were winning after unplugging it but then seungmin broke the 4th wall and rewinding the video and after that u can see the trouble maker skz won. like they defeated police skz by rewinding the video and its so creative actually

The chicken who slapped Felix: Yongbok you cannot eat you own kind!!

My interpretation in this song is like when you are deeply inlove or first time to fall inlove. There are two representations in the mv. The "police stray kids" which represents the brain and the "the stray kids with cute outfit" which represents the heart. The big cute pipi is love, it was like a cupid suddenly knocking on the door (developement of unknown feelings) and once felix open the door it came inside him (which means acknowledging that their is something growing inside him (felix = heart). It was case 143. Because love is like a case you wanna solve. There are things that we cant explain within our brain that our heart can feel. So when we watch the video, the police (brain) are busy solving the case and finding who is causing this unsolve mystery while the stray kids which represents the heart is just loving the feeling that was inside them. It is like your brain cant explain why you love someone while enjoying the feeling of being inlove. In the end, even the brain stop solving the case because even if they knew who made this chaos (the brain knew it was love) the cute pipi is just so strong. (Pipi=love). It wa hilarous bbokari being rejected by a chicken.

So basically "Case 143” marks the JYP Entertainment boyband’s first love-themed title track, with the song finding the group expressing the confusing emotions that come with a crush in a way only they can. They liken the feelings swirling around them to an “occurrence of an incident” and use the “code” 143 - aka I love you - to decipher their love.

to explain the mv a little bit more, its about them falling in love (being attacked by those hearts) and having feelings they cant control, that why they call the police and the room and hotel are a mess (because of those feelings that they cannot control). the police cant stop them cause the hearts (feelings) are way too powerful, like when they try to unplug the brain but they fail. when seungmin goes back in time they are kinda showing that they have embraced those feelings and thay are ready to love that someone. the lyrics kinda go with that story too, i hope i made myself clear, english is not my first language! apart from the mv did you guys actually liked the song? do you like it better than other comebacks?? i love your reactions!

it's very interesting, but no one notices that the main figure for several clips is Lee Know. Have you noticed how strange he behaved in the Maniac era? Remember how Lee Know was strangely spying on I.N and looked with a drill into the camera at the end of Maniac? He was also the only one to wake up at the end of Lonely St. and he was the one who was not left stricken by the spider in "Venom". it seems to me, or did he realize that he was in the clips, and not in the real world? take a closer look, in the clip he constantly looks at the camera, as if trying to show the fans who are watching the clip that he understands everything, appears in the frame in sharp transitions and jumps from frame to frame, breaking the fourth wall. and then he helps the rest of the members jump out of the clip altogether, because he was the only one who understood what was in it!

The rug, maze, Lee Know’s head through the broken door or wall, bartender outfit on Hyunjin, all nods to Stephen King’s “The Shining”, which is so cool as well. Love makes you crazy. Love is supernatural.

So the theory for this mv is that they're in a mind of someone in love. ( the good skz are the one side that wanna get in love, while the police are the side that don't wanna fall in love.) So they are confuse about this new feeling (love). So at the end, the "police" pull the plug out, as to get rid the feeling. But somehow, Seungmin rewind back the video, and we can see they plug it back (which means they just gonna accept the feeling now.)

my theory for this music video is that the colorful stray kids are the ones who want to feel love and enjoy love, while the police want to restrict them so they don't get hurt from their feelings. which is why the police call the love things "troublemakers" cause love only brings trouble you know? and like this fight is taking place in their head which is why at the end they break out of their mind and decide, i want to experience love. they are fighting themselves over it which also explains the I.N cop shooting the heart which was colorful him. it also makes sense cause the police pulled the plug and said, no more, we are shutting down this feeling and everything started to break around them. but when it was plugged back in they accepted love and were even more happy. I also think the chicken (as hilarious as it was) proves this more because its him getting turned down after asking can i be your boyfriend? finally, i think that it can represent them rewinding their thoughts on love and restarting. i love making theory's but this may be wrong of course :)

I couldn’t understand the relevance of all the hearts until I watched the MV few times 😅 basically those little hearts represent love, they keep going inside SKZ and then they started having the symptoms of being in love. You’ll also notice when I.N woke up he’s already doing a finger heart, he was surprised at first but then proceed to being giddy and in love because little pipi is already inside him. Also when you’re in love you do crazy things, that’s why it’s written on the white board “where are these trouble makers?” Then little pipi stuck on the board -found them. I think the police side of SKZ are the part of them who couldn’t understand what they are feeling “why do I keep getting attracted?” So they are trying to stop whatever they’re feeling. But the in love SKZ was like “I’m gonna let you know, that I’m just gonna go and hold you so I’m never letting go” they are fighting for that love.

I have been waiting for yours (I bet Chan, too). You two are the royal Stay couple we all look up to. BTW, RU-vidr editor Jordan Orme has something valuable to say about this MV. He said it is not easy to have a story arc in a MV. When there is no story arc, just stylized set pieces with singing and dancing, the mv is not as memorable. Michael Jackson’s Thriller MV is so legendary not only because he’s a terrific performer but also the MV would tell a story. Case143 is also telling a story of falling in love and its inner struggle.

A theory I heard was that the little hearts are Stray Kids emotions. Good SKZ are falling in love but the police SKZ don’t want them to. The police SKZ don’t want to get their feelings hurt or they don’t understand the emotions or the little hearts which explains that one scene where police SKZ were looking at the hearts confused and the lyrics “why do I keep getting attracted”. In the end, we see that the emotions take over and they end up going all in and following their emotions. And the part where Felix got slapped by a chicken, it was after he asked “can I be your boyfriend?” and it seemed like he was on a date because of the food. I think the chicken slapped him because he was moving too fast because he was so in love and so the chicken was slapping him like “don’t ask that first, you’re moving too fast, get to know the person first!” But, the song sounds so good and this whole album is amazing. I think they want to describe the emotion when you’re in love, i.e. in love with STAYs. One side SKZ are dreaming and truly in love happy feeling, and on the other side Police are stopping for being in love dreamy fantasy world.　Then at the end Seungmin rewind, and ‘I’m just gonna go!’ with the emotion and trying to jump out of the person on RU-vid but really breaking the 4th wall to come to meet the STAYs. I really love the story telling of this MV, genius!!

I definitely see the MV as being very head vs heart or logic vs emotion! Skz's emotions are being infected with love and their logic (the police) are trying to shut it down because love can be dangerous and they might end up hurt. Logic manages to shut down the "heart" but skz ultimately decide they want to pursue the love they feel and reignite it

When Seungmin did the rewind and went back to the police scene, I think that SKZ in that scene is the combination of the troublemakers and police because they wore black and white clothes with a splash of color. So I think they were able to finally be united and come to terms with each other, and ultimately break put from the world that they were confined in. They come to conquer! 🎉❤

To me i think that when Seungmin rewinds the video he’s trying to change the past. Rather than trying to get the police to solve this mystery called love, they learn to accept that feeling and that they’re ready to love. So he rewinds the video so that the police aren’t trying to stop them from loving. I’m not sure if this is correct but that’s what i think happened at that moment! Other than that I love your videos

Love your reactions and theories. Couple things I noticed - the hotel scene was straight out of The Shining (carpet, looking through the broken wall, etc...) which was all about getting possessed. Also the crime scene referenced the maze with the heart maze - which also ties back to some of their previous maze themes, they're trying to navigate through a maze of new emotion. The "troublemaker" Stray Kids are possessed by the Love, but the emotions are so overwhelming so they are losing control (fire in the hotel, etc...). The Police Stray Kids are more about logic and reason (if you think about it - this theme comes up a lot, the heart vs. the head). The Police try to unplug, but they are defeated through rewinding back to time winning with creativity and being a little tricksy. The baby hearts could definitely be STAY. It took me a bit to warm up to this track, but the more I watch it, the more I love it. I just love Stray Kids creativity and vibe so much! i live for these reactions coz each watch gives me tidbits of DIFFERENT interpretations. also, it's mindblowing now that Love or the heart monsters or pipi can be both "good" and "bad". At first, since it is invasive it created chaos, hence the case 143. but the more the brain tries to police it, the love grows and there's just no logic to explain or control it. When we love, we simply do: romantic or not. reminds me of Felix confessing how he can't restrain himself when he's with hyunjin or the kids towards each other. they just love each other. it can be bad when you're addicted to it though, just like Hyunjin's ice.cream. it can become so obsessive so the brain tries to restrain it coz that's where we get red flags and harm others or OURSELVES. we know how destructive the feeling can be. We become vulnerable to negative emotions as much as we can gain something positive about it.

Felix gets possesses at first by that thing, and becomes lovely, the reason Felix gets slapped is that they just know each other (the chicken and Felix) but Felix to the point and said can I be your boyfriend, the reason Felix said that is because he gets possesses in the beginning. okay okay okay so here is my theory... there are two stray kids. one stray kids are in love and all high with love emotions. then there's the police stray kids who don't understand and want to stop it. throughout the whole video there is conflict and fighting between the two stray kids then once the conflict got to the maximum point thats when Seungmin rewinded the song. if you notice the "bad" police stray kids have changed their outfits and started dancing with all the love emotions. if you noticed before, the police stray kids unplugged the cord. that symbolizes the emotions were going too crazy that they had to put an end to it. but after Seungmin rewinded the song and the police stray kids became just like the other stray kids, they plugged it back in. That's when they transition between both stray kids and dancing and singing in love. The hearts won (which I think are stays) and stray kids show their love for their STAYS

My theory is the hearts are different emotions related to love and at the start felix gets possesed by them and starts acting different, we can see in the background hyunjin who is his waiter is lowkey an undercover cop and notifies the police about what's going on, the police who are working on CASE 143 are tracking down the love monster because "love is bad blah blah", the police and troublemaker skz are two different perspectives on love and the police are trying to stop them from falling in love because maybe they got hurt in the past and are preventing it from happening again. On the other hand the troublemaker skz are rebellious and want to be in love because it makes them feel nice. As the police is tracking down the troublemakers they find the smol hearts and felix captures one (the pink one he ties up to their board) which gives them info about the troublemakers hideout, they go there to 'pull the plug' on falling in love once n for all but seungmin comes and rewinds it coz they are rebellious and WILL do what they want and in the end the troublemakers win and decide to persue their love by 'getting it out of their head' (when leeknow breaks through the glass) and wanders out Hope that made sense, this is just what i think coz I've watchted the mv so many times now Also i think the hearts 'possessed' felix coz the starting scene is very reminiscent of 'the shining' (the horror movie)

for me, i think its about internal conflict inside a person about those emotions(those little hearts) the police stray kids is like the smart side, always doing something according to the rules) and the casual stray kids are the side which always let their emotions rule. thats why the police skz is trying to catch them because they thought they're making troubles. but when they get to the "base" of the troublemakers,when they unplugged the outlet, all around them are all malfunctioning. the part with seungmin, although it makes the video more fun, it significe that person rewinding what they did. and instead of fighting those emotions, they go with it. explains Chan's line. "i just wanna go, never letting go"

THE CHICKEN! okay, my theory is that the little Hearsts are emotions and they possessed stray kids (and thats why the first half is set in the same hotel as "The Shining"). In the scene with the chicken, you can see Felix talking to the chicken and little Hearst spilling out of his mouth and into the chicken, possessing it as well. Then the chicken comes to life and kicks Felix across the face. I can only assume that the chicken was possessed by anger or that it didn't like being flirted with lol.
