Lee know never had vocal lessons like the other members, joined the debut team in 1 month and debuted 8 months later. He's only recently taking singing lessons, so he's worked it all out for himself in a short time, which I find very impressive. he’s a fast learner.

It saddens me that leeknow actually want more training and a bit envious of the other members that got more time as a trainee. He got SO much potential. That high note he hit when he sang Limbo in Japan is impressive though unpolished. I don't think their schedule allowed him as much time as he wants to practice on his vocal

Seungmin isn't afraid of anyone, that's true. He did record the high note in Cover Me on the first try, but they did do a couple more, even if they did use the first one.

Your reaction to Lee Know's Leave recording that made you said "ghurl~" was my favorite reaction for this video hehe. Lee Know don't really update us with how he practice and improves himself. We just learned he takes special vocal lesson when their vocal coach mentioned him too after watching their concert. But I'm glad to hear Lee Know being proud and happy with his improvements so far as he mentioned in their ROCK-STAR INTRO.

The amount of work it takes to get over that harsh vocal break: it can be years. I had the same problem like Lee Know and it took me years. It’s so gratifying to see and hear his progress. ❤

I've heard a lot of people say some singers sing "in cursive" but to me, Hyunjin sings in beautiful calligraphy.

Lee Know has a beautiful voice that has so much potential, wish he had more skz records to show case it. He's definitely skz's vocal dark horse.

OMG Literally every day, Seungmin's voice is a discovery for me, every time his vocals open up from a completely different side, I just will never stop being amazed and admired. How masterfully, beautifully and skillfully he owns his voice, his amazing stability and most importantly, the strength, power and range of diversity of his vocals. Seungmin from the "angelic voice" turned into a real diamond not only for STRAY KIDS but for the entire K-POP industry as a whole.

Lee Know does not have a proper vocal training like the others. He is now having vocal training and that improvement is insane. With all their busy schedule, I'm so proud of them for managing their schedule well amidst with their busy schedule.

What I love about Stray Kids and that I notice every time I hear new music they put out...they are very aware of their strengths and weaknesses and they constantly improve on the weaknesses and use their strengtgs to advance their sound. This is why I think they will be successful and relevant for a long long tine because they will always be evolving and moving forward with their sound. They are still far from reaching their peak because they keep working so hard.

Listen to the recording Cover Me too, like what other Stays said. The way you said that Seungmin comes in and out of the booth, but producers would require a few variations more.. that was definitely what happened in Seungmin’s verse in Cover Me. Also, I’m not a singer so watching your videos is very educational for me. ☺️

I decided to watch your video first because you actually explain about what they're talking about in regards to the production/singing and you do such great commentary. You're also entertaing and funny and your voice is so sweet when you speak and then you show us what you mean in pitch or something and I'm impressed every time. I would recommend you to watch XdinaryHero's recording behind. I know they are rock group and not that popular ,but their vocals are on such a high level however still so underrated.

Idk, but the fact that Lee Know went from hardly having any vocal lessons and experience to now taking lessons with skz's vocal line is just crazy to me. He'll continue getting even better and better.

Kat please, please DO NOT give these akgaes/solo stans that are attacking you any interactions here or on twt. There are multiple on twt that are trying to get their fellow akgaes/solo stans to brigade this video (whether they are doing it on purpose or not) and interacting with them is giving them exactly what they want. They want to intimidate you into not saying anything but what they perceive as "good" about whoever they stan and thats extremely toxic and is what causes problems in fandoms. Please continue to do videos as you want because there are soooo many more STAYs who absolutely love your videos and technical explanations than there are akgaes/solo stans ❤

Sorry to hear about the negativity against you, Katrinka. Your reactions have depth. I didn't get to see the video but even if you had any criticisms or suggestions for improvement, that cannot be seen as a bad thing especially as the boys are always looking to improve. They do not see them as having made it despite being so popular now. Humility and growth are lessons we all should embrace.

In the 5-Star Intro they talked about how Lee Know goes after work (nighttime) to the vocal lessons;) In general the Intros are really nice to watch:)

Actually i don't really good knowing about singing stuff, but i can say that Seungmin's singing style is SOOOOOOOO GOOOD for live performances. I mean he not only VERY stable, but also very loud so we always can hear him even on live recordings.

Love this reaction, I learned a lot. I’d rather have someone make an honest but kind evaluation rather than just blindly praise or criticize. You strike a great balance. Also, you are one of the few people who recognize Changbins technique as a singer and that he has to have a strong foundation to be able to do what he does. So thank you for that. Just a reminder to everyone... They write, compose, and arrange all of their songs. Mainly Chan, Changbin, and Han. Also, they are on the top of most credited 4th gen Kpop artists songwriters in Korea. Chan has over 160 songs and Changbin and Han with 140+ each.

I enjoy hearing your comments about they singing and vocalization styles. It was so sweet to see you get all giggly about Felix' vocal tone, after being so focused and serious up to then, and then boom, Felix puts that sort of 3-D scratch into his lines and you just smile all over your face, it's so much fun to experience things like that with reactors. I came across one of those threads trying to make a whole fuss about how "fans are up in arms because the company is forcing Felix to ruin his voice!" and I felt very smug because I've listened to you and some other vocal coaches talking about how good his control, placement etc. are, and how there are safe ways to make those sounds, which he is using.... Don't let the negative posters get you down. You are always very clear about what you are saying and to anyone who really pays even a little attention, it is clear how much you love the groups you react to. There is a tiny but very active percentage of (so-called) Stays who are being very negative lately, and attacking other Stays in gangs because of just one or two words they don't like or because they misunderstand or misinterpret things. It can be very uncomfortable and scary. I recently took down a post because I was not willing to deal with the attacks. I wish these folks could understand how they are harming their idols. It feels so awful to be attacked like that, it made me feel bad about Stray Kids themselves. What an awful thing, if real fans stopped posting videos and comments and started feeling bad about their favorite group, because of a few nasty, angry people. A few times a site moderator has apparently decided to edit a thread because of these gangs, leaving my original post but blocking all the negative responses, which makes me sad. I've always preferred trying to find a middle ground. Reporting someone seems likely to just foster bad feelings, but I'm realizing sometimes it might be the only solution. What bothers me is that if you try to be pleasant and explain yourself, they respond as if you insulted them, there seems to be no way to meet them in a neutral or friendly way, because they are more interested in crushing people down. It is very sad. One content creator did say that there is a button that lets you "hide" certain responses, or possibly even certain commenters. Since I don't create content, I'm not sure how that works, but it might be worth looking into it. I don't know if it just hides the comments from you, so you can ignore them, or if it hides them from everyone.....

The producer's side??!😂 The producer : ... 3racha (Bangchan, Han, Changbin)

As you say, they develop so much like Hyunjin having a style and even rubbing off of each other in a way that they influence each other but retain their uniqueness. I.N, Chan's blank canvass, is very apparent coz he takes on Lee Know's clean cut dance while also developing a cleaner vocals thru Seungmin all the while enriching his style thru the emotions he puts in his singing or the sassiness he always had when he dances. Felix is slowly but surely also developing what he can do with voice, esp with Deep End. Like he is becoming more stable, like sue me but Deep end is raw which is good for the message but shaky compared to the vocals of the rest of the team. And sometimes, his deep voice can be muffled when he has to amplify his volume live compared to the clean advantage of the studio mic. Lee Know's shift to being vocalist is so interesting coz he really had to catch up in the training and was mostly falsettos (and 3racha+Hyunjin doesnt give him a break 😂). Also, I know that everyone has been vocal oriented this year, but they really showed it off with rockstar in both how they can give you powerful vocals and different techniques like the ones your highlighted in LALALALA. Like the way Chan has restrained his exposure but placed nuggets of golden parts in every song. Like his highlight in blind spot has my soul ascending. Changbin's whole director moment for Leave is so effective and meticulous that the song honestly broke me. im still going thru denial in the stages of grief coz of Leave. Ps. Seungmin and Han in their 2kids show also highlights their vocal development. Swungmin's consistency and greed as well as proactiveness beyond monitoring and into songwriting. Han has also showed off the shifts he tried to do in Miserable (u and me), applied it in All My Life feature, and challenged himself more with Want So Bad...and having a signature that even showed in Seungmin's singing for Hold On.

I used one of them (the Case 143 the First Take reaction) in my "intro to Stray Kids video run" I did with my best friend a week ago. I'm so sad about this and angry on your behalf. I have no idea what kind of "backlash" that video could even have. Just know that whoever did that is NOT a real fan or Stay. I've had a couple of encounters with trolls or toxic fans who ONLY stan one member of the group and tear the others down, and IMO those people have issues that go far beyond any fandom they are supposedly in.
