Question is such a special song because that’s usually the song they play before they get on stage for their tour!! It gets everyone hyped and everyone sings along:) if you have free time I’m pretty sure there’s videos on RU-vid of Stay all singing along, it gives me goosebumps every time! I’m pretty sure there’s also a SKZ talker video where they show a clip of SKZ about to go on and they hear Stay singing from backstage. Love the reaction!

And yes it's a summary of previous eras as I am YOU was the end of their I AM series "Stay together" "You and I" These can be listened to separately to reference what they want to say to each other. But you can also read it as "Stay, together you and I..." which references what they want to say to stays

I am You to me sounds like they sing it to each other, because they found people with the same dreams and aspirations in each other and its like a promise to keep on walking and working together for their shared dream. Like a homage to their friendship and teamwork. It would definitly fit the MV as they always appear happier together and when they sing "its to cold to be alone outside" all the members come into the frame...

Be aware that the numbered Mixtapes have all changed titles and that there are three versions of all five songs. Mixtape 1 is Placebo Mixtape 2 is Behind the Light (aka If There's a Shadow, There Must be Light) Mixtape 3 is For You Mixtape 4 is Broken Compass Mixtape 5 is Hoodie Season The two differently named versions (which also have some lyrical changes) are on two different albums because every track on every album released until mid-October 2019 was nine-member. The SKZ2020 and SKZ2021 albums are all of the songs from that period rerecorded (and in some cases partially rewritten, to change references to being nine [like in the District 9 lyrics] or to remove parts written by WJ [as is the case with Mixtapes 1 through 5]) into ot8 versions. SKZ replaced all the audio streaming versions and performance versions with the updated ot8 versions, removing WJ entirely from any lingering involvement and negating any issues about profits from the use of his content. SKZ2020 and SKZ2021 are essentially the ot8 reboot of the first eighteen months of SKZ's discography. Parts WJ wrote were removed completely, and parts he sang were taken by someone else (most often Han, with sprinklings of others like Seungmin, Lee Know, and I.N). The only originally nine-member songs that weren't remade and rereleased on SKZ2020/21 and thus don't have ot8 versions are Glow, School Life, and 4419 from the predebut album Mixtape (all survival-show songs that get minimal play/streams and don't get performed on stages), Hero's Soup from the album I am YOU (it's still unclear as to why this one full-length/non-intro, post-debut song was an exception to the reboot), and the intro tracks (like "I am NOT!" and "Road Not Taken") from the albums during the nine-member era. About the mixtape 1 mv... It was actually a special mv they filmed recently. It's connected to SKZ CODE ep 14 and 15 the Christmas episodes so might want to watch those episodes before you watch the Mixtape 1 MV so you can understand the concept better

Awkward silence is such a good way to cap off I AM: WHO. It definitely leaves you feeling a lot more hopefully after all the angst in the album, imo. I also still just really like the music video lol. Their little school uniforms are adorable. Watching you two react to Street versions is making me so nostalgic. I remember how plentiful they used to be back in the day and, similarly to the one for Question, they all always cracked me up. I understand why they probably don't do them anymore but, it still makes me feel somewhat melancholic to see them again. Especially watching people react to them. So, we got the fandom name just before the I AM: YOU era so, I've always seen I am You (and most of the album honestly. There's even a song that's titled the date they debuted) as a love letter to the fans and each other. The 'Stay together, you and I' line in particular always hits me square in the feels lol.

hey lovelies! btw since you were talking about the mixtapes: all the mixtapes are very important for STAYS and skz too! (kinda like 'grow up') the kids actually all wrote their parts themselves so the lyrics are very important and emotional! the meaning is very important for us! so be prepared to get emotional 🙈 my favorite personally is 'mixtape 2' the lyrics really hit different and i always cry listening to it 😭🥹💕 oh! and just an fyi: on the albums the names were 'mixtape...' but they all origin from 3racha songs with actual names and they used those when they re-recorded the songs as 8. so for example 'mixtape 2' became 'behind the light' ❣️

'I am You' is one of my favorite skz title tracks (which seems to be forgotten a bit bc of its age and divergence from the louder sound that they are associated with) and i love the comforting message that this entire album brings me! Also, "i am not", "i am who", and "i am you" are a trilogy album! each album has an intro song (not!, who, and you) that are short but really really good, and the song 0325 on the "i am you" album incorporates each intro as sort of the final culmination of their journey! its actually imo one of their best songs lol i love it as always, enjoyed the reaction a lot!

I AM YOU was meant to show their strong bonds within the team because Chan actually chose the members and that was so meaningful to them to debut as 9 (the survival show explains it better). And the last performance of I am You was just a little after Woojin left. They did the ballad version in the concert, it's beautiful and heartbreaking because their bond with Woojin was cut, and the members suddenly had a lot more pressure to replace Woojin who was the lead vocalist. And the lyrics of I AM YOU ask the fans and the members to stay because we make each other happy... Anyway, the live performance is amazing you definitely need to check it out, it's kinda like a love story that turned sour.

Here are some timestamp I felt like I want to talk about :D 2:33 THE FACES!!! Thank you for a good giggle :D You'll get used to things like this, I promise. All of Stray Kids members are VERY passionate in showing their love to each other, but these two are on a whole another level lol (not shipping them thought, if they say that they're friends - than they're friends). You'll soon find out (maybe.. with a little bit... of my help... haha) that they call themselves each other's soulmate (since late 2018) and many other things happened with them too (I can talk about their relationship for AGES), and it's just beautiful. 4:05 THAT is why I recommended Question several times! I knew you'd have a good laugh (and a big question mark in your heads. ironic, isn't it?). Honestly, everything that you see in Question MV - it's just how Stray Kids are. Everywhere, any time of the day, any occasion - they're such comedians and crackheads (god bless SKZ-CODE, that's one of the most hilarious things they've ever done). 4:55 They're clowning one of Han's poses! They were performing District 9 and, since the choreo is intense and they have to sing/rap live, Jisung was heavily breathing during one part of the performance. So the looks on their faces are 100% genuine (since cameras cost a huge amount of money, too). As for the most logical suggestions, I'd say it's MIROH (the title track), Victory Song (a sick b-side, they also performed it on MAMA 2020), Maze of Memories (my forever gem, it just need to be listened to), Chronosaurus (an underappreciated and often overlooked by non-fans song. have no idea why, it's really good), Boxer (aaaand another funny street version MV!), 19 (good for emotional breakdown lol, the theme is growing up and becoming an adult). Yes, I recommended the whole album again, there's no law saying that I can't do it :D

Since we are slowly moving to the *clé* albums... Not only is the story getting more broader... they are no longer focusing only on themselves, but many more clues are added to the story. Clé = key. So for all 3 clé albums, make sure to *pay attention* to KEYS, DOORS, ROADS, COMPASSES, MAPS, TICKETS, CAMERAS, TRANSMITTERS, SKZ "COPIES". It will become much clearer that there are multiple parallel versions of Stray Kids in certain MVs.

im not sure if someone has mentioned it, but the long korean title of awkward silence is what seungmin is actually singing in the chorus (the first line after the crow)!! i’m not sure what the long title’s exact meaning is but “awkward silence” in korean is “갑분싸” (literally translates to “the mood suddenly got cold/awkward) and the title is actually an acrostic poem hahaha 갑 - 갑자기 분 - 분위기 싸 - 싸해질 필요 없잖아요 yay!! but im so glad you enjoyed the songs

The exaggerated heavy breathing isn't them parodying ending fairies, though a few people will undoubtedly tell you otherwise. It's them making fun of Han, mocking the way he performed his District 9 "지킬게" line (which isn't an ending line) on stage. They've been teasing him with this for over four years, and it pops up in all sorts of content. They tease him with it directly to his face, and he responds accordingly. I had to write a whole thesis comment, including links of proof, for this one time, so I legit have links I can give you if you want to see the origin. But fwiw, every single time you see them doing this (and you will see it often, and not just in MVs; like, Lee Know even did it with zero context in the middle of City Fisherman), it's them making fun of Han. Even when he does it himself. Minsung deliberately playing with their ship dynamic on a track about questions will never not crack me up. They're SO aware of and amused by their ships. Now you see why we love the street ver vids. It's literally them being them, back when they were unknown enough that they could travel all over the world filming themselves in public and remain unaccosted. This one was filmed in Korea, and you know Insomnia was in New York. Boxer (featuring Chan's dog, Berry; filmed at a park near his house) and Mixtape 4 are in Australia. N/S is in Thailand. This was self-filmed immediately after they did the "Stray Kids STAY 2nd Anniversary Special Video for STAY" and gave us the first episode of SKZ Company, hence the business-esque setting and outfits. - "Placebo" (the remade ot8 version of Mixtape 1), which was self-shot immediately after they filmed SKZ Code eps 14-15 and gave us the next installment of STAY Company. Hence, again, the business attire and setting (with the bonus of it being at Christmastime, so holiday elements are also present). Anyway, all of those are also self-filmed and should be counted among the street version MVs despite not being labeled as such. Chan hitting the camera in "Awkward Silence" was a serendipitous accident, which is why they all look like that. Their responses were genuine. "Awkward Silence" has a really good dance practice. It's hilarious _and_ it shows off how cool this choreo is. So if you get the chance, I recommend watching it, even if you do it off camera. (Ditto for "Get Cool" when you get around to it. Goofy songs + hardcore choreo.) The "horn on your butt" thing is a Korean saying, basically just one of those goofy things you say to little kids when they're crying, to distract them and make them laugh. Stayville spends half its time being detectives. I mean, SKZ have literally dropped essential lore info in random Bubble posts. We never know when something they say or do is going to end up being related to the lore. The I Am YOU performance video is worth watching at some point, btw. It's them in all their full baby emo glory. But the dance practice is also worth seeing, as it's the best full coverage of this dance, and this choreo is _really_ good.

So this street version was filmed in Seoul, if I'm not wrong (take into account that I never went there) it was in the park if front of the olympic stadium where skz last performed, in september. I don't have that much to say about this song just maybe about the heavy breathing at the end 😂. Actually they are not mocking ending fairies but they mocking Hannie ! It's something they did in one skz talker too. It's the fact that he always had the killing part where they stop singing and there's pause in the song so he is breathing heavily. Awkward silence ! I really appeciate this song since it's one of the two funny/cute songs they did, the other wil probably be in your next video. The choreography for this song is also really good and is really what is expected of this song in my opinion. Felix's parts ! He may only have I don't know 15 words in the songs, it really is the part that had something to the song and make it even more cute and funny ! And lastly the camera thing with Chan ! Someone already explained but I want to explain more ! Actually he was suppose to push the camera like he did. But he pushed too hard so it got disconnected or something like that, that's why they reacted that way ! I am you ! I want to talk about my opinion on this song because the evolution is quite funny 😂 ! At first this song was a HUGE skip for me. And I don't know one day, in august, I listened to it again and I got obsess with the song I don't know why. It was to the point that I listened to this song once or twice per day ! But I have to say that I really prefer the ot8 version. I mean at first I liked the ot9 version because for once, in my opinion again, Woojin's voice didn't stand out (in a bad way) like it did in other songs but once I listened to the ot8 version it was over. Like Han in the chorus is everything and Minho ends the songs ! So for the lore I forgot to mention that last time. Do you remember when I mentionned that they ran away from the system ? The system is actually following them and the camera is one of the way to find them. You also have the man in Black in back door. And in the Maxident trailer they decided to say "fuck it" and they started playing with the system by showing themselves to the camera and mocking the system. You finally saw Blonde Chan..... Blonde Chan is really something else..... That's why every stays wants it back but at the same time no because his hair is so damaged. But that's why the pc in my phonecase right now is actually Blonde Chan (I changed it 2 days ago) but from clé 2 : Yellow wood ! I have to say that Clé : Levanter might have the most beautiful photobook (in my opinion) but I am you is the best concept ! I have 9 skz albums and that's really my favorite concept ! In the photobook they use mirror and even the first pages I am you is written like in a way that with the second page you can see it right because there's a kind of mirror paper ? I don't know how to explain it in english... Oh and you know the scene where they are laying on a trampoline ? Some of them actually fall asleep.... it's so cute 🤭😂. Oh and again I'm gonna talk about choreography.... the 7 years I danced should be useful for something since I'm bad at dancing 😂😭. No but more seriously I am you is one of the most difficult skz songs and is really impressive while being "minimalist". The foot work of this choreography is really really impressive !

Their street version MV are always funny and crazy 🤣🤣🤣 And you guy have gotten a sneak peek of the biggest skz ship in question MV: Minsung (Lee know or Lee Minho + Han Jisung = Minho + Jisung = Minsung) 🤣🤣🤣 And I don't know if you found out, but skz always use neutral pronouns when the song is about someone precious to them.
