The taekwondo boys, Felix, Lee Know and Changbin, were all very flexible. Han was pretty flexible too but I think that is more because his babylegtendons haven’t firmed up yet. 😂

I didn't think Changbin was as flexible because of his muscle mass, when you bulk you tend to lose some flexibility, but I am so impressed!! LOL Hans babylegtendons hahahahahaha

I also think there was only one clip somewhere where you can see his abs, but it was very fuzzy. Other than that, i think there are no images or footage of even seeing any of his torso. I think changbin and leeknow are the only 2 that have not shown off their abs.

it’s funny that han has such big arms but everything else about him is so small and he’s so uncoordinated he’s always falling all over the place hahah + scared for next week i need them to put the arms away but also i love this for changbin he seems to have such a healthy relationship with his body and fitness (so great to see in a kpop idol)

Han makes no sense to me! How can he be so coordinated yet SO UNCOORDINATED???? Like it doesn’t make sense. He shouldn’t be able to dance the way he does 🤣 I’m not ready for next episode either 💀 And yeah seeing Changbins passion for health and fitness is so nice ❤️

Actually, Changbin's shoulder measurement is 59 cm, it was recently measured at Sunmi's interview in his introduction. Also, for chan it is 60 cm, it was also measured in an interview back in the days so, I guess it more than that now.

I remember seeing a clip from a dance practice I think and Seungmin's shirt lifted up and he had both full abs and a waist to rival Han's. I feel like Seungmin is the kind of guy to just be like 'oh yeah I can run 20 miles, it's good for breath control', gets shredded to hit better high notes or something. I kind of love that both he and Lee Know appear to be way more buff that you might expect because of how they dress and they just don't mention it. I wonder sometimes if Lee Know plays up his laziness in this stuff because he is pretty shy. Like he enjoys the guys appreciating his muscles and acknowledging his hard work but he's not the most comfortable showing them off like Han or Changbin. This SKZ code ep was so fun, watching Changbin be so competent is very satisfying.

I'm not a gym person but... If Changbin was my coach then I'd go to gym every single day! Lee Know, you know, we know you are stronger than that but lazier than anyone Also it didn't translate the full thing but he said "you work out on your butt now so i will touch it" 🤣🤣 Istg Seungmin and I.N have a lot of strength and they are hiding it!! From my understanding, measuring body fat percentage accurately is tricky; one of the most accurate ways of doing it is hydrostatic weighing, where you weigh yourself underwater and compare that with your regular weight. I'm not sure how those machines that they were standing on did it? But I love that you got out the tape measurer I actually did the same thing lmao! Also Han being bad at jump rope was one of the funniest things, he's so precious, I laughed SO hard!! AND I DIDN'T KNOW CHANGBIN DID HIS MIRROR VERSE WITH FHERO THERE OMG!!!! And that angle on the easy fancam... is so good.

Yeah it’s so hard to do! When I was an athlete we would have our body fat measure by using calipers. However I don’t think that was very accurate. Lol Han is too cute for this world 😂 And YES! I wonder if Changbin new he would be there 🙈

It's 1:30am and 10 minutes earlier I was literally thinking "where is Mel with the reaction? can't wait to see her loosing her mind and watching every second over nd over again" ahahaha Don't worry. This is absolutely one of my favorite skz code ep. I can watch 10 more episodes of trainer dwaekki. It took me 1 and half hour last night to finish this ep. I felt like I was one of the gym member and start to measure my arm, checking my last inbody test result, doing plank, jump rope and squat in the middle of the night, lol. The second Changbin started measuring their arms I also whipped out my little measuring tape. I bet most of us did this...for science of course. I kind of love how most stays Twitter feeds look the same during concert time, etc. Also I feel you on going to more than one concert and getting yourself together. For the unveils in September when ai saw 3RACHA and then Taste for the first time I didn’t even know where to look and I was so overwhelmed to hear it and see it performed. The second day I felt like I could be take it in way more.

Finally watching haha. As someone who is heavier and struggles with her relationship to food, i was worried the gym video would be structured in a way that kinda triggered me. But, tbh, no! I thought Changbin had a really healthy mindset and they even mention in the captions how the lower body fat members could afford to gain some for health reasons. Honestly, just love my boys being strong and healthy. Like you also kinda said, health first last and always for them. I want them to be healthy eating and dancing for forever if they can.

Yeah Changbin definitely has a super healthy mindset around health. Which is one of the reasons why I feel a little bad when they tease his weight. I know they are just playing around and I know that THEY KNOW how fit he is. But he probably has the healthiest mindset around food out of all of them (well maybe Lee Know too). He seems to have a good balance, doesn’t do crazy diets, seems to eat super well and trains regularly. The next episode was really good at the end, I think they all gave some really great advice!

After seeing them twice in Bangkok I can safely say no regrets, and I definitely would not have regrets seeing them another 2 times if it was possibe XD So many people on Friday had been there Thursday too haha. But yeah, I definitely could let it sink in more on the second day. One of the best experiences I already can't wait to see them live again I love these guys so so much.

Hi Melanie! I've been watching your reactions since the pretty early days of your channel when you were just discovering SKZ, but this is the first time I'm commenting. I wanted to tell you that I relate to you a lot. We're about the same age, I used to do gymnastics, was also an ARMY first before I discovered SKZ (and other groups) and I just share a lot of your feelings on things. But the main reason I'm commenting today is that I could barely believe it when I saw you pull out the measuring tape. I DID JUST THE SAME THING THIS MORNING. I was watching the video and had my crochet kit nearby and... yeah. I even sent my sister some pics I took doing exactly what you are doing in the video. I never thought you'd be doing that too when I clicked on the video. I also googled about body fat percentages. Thought you might find it funny to know. Body fat calculator is not correct for measuring body fat % . You need to measure it on that "machine" the boys were standing on earlier in the episode for more correct information. I know it because my body fat % is way different when I did it through the online calculator compared to when I measured it with my personal trainer. 🙃

Yeah I know, I’ve used that machine before as well as doing it the “manual” way with callipers. But the online measurement was just fun 🤣

Looking at what Hyunjin eats on talkers I don’t think he diets - I think he probably spends so much or has spent so much time dancing (same for felix really) that they are just so conditioned… I mean how many calories do you think they burn during a concert - all these boys are ridiculously conditioned - it’s insane…

Felix has spoken about being on diets, but yeah not sure about Hyunjin. Ones things for sure is they definitely would burn a SHIT load of calories not just in concerts but just everyday with their busy schedules 😅😅😅 they would have to eat more than the normal person to keep up

Could you please next time check out Han's performances of Wish You Back and Happy? Those are short fancams but the interaction between him & Hyunjin are so cute. Don't know if you know but the songs are for Hyunjin when he was on hiatus and Wish You Back is one of Hyunjin's fav songs.
