ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cTDDret1sc8.html Hey guys this is a Stray Playlist i done here, this features the end credits cutscene and soundtrack, aswell as a few helpful guides on some of the trophies if you want to check it out.
Hey PyrrhicVictory, i saw you using a walkthrough for the musics. That works as well, but theres actually a playlist with the clean versions of the musics in the Yann Var Den Cruyssens RU-vid channel or something like that, so you need to just go through the songs and youll find the songs. REMIND THAT THE SONG PARTS YOU HEAR IN THE GAME MIGHT NOT START WHEN THE SONG STARTS so be patient when listening to the songs. (But this song is something i couldnt find on that playlist so thank you for making it :D)
I just finished for the first time last night, and that's exactly what I did. After the credits rolled, I sat there at night with my headphones on, listening to the main menu theme, fully taking in the experience.
Spoiler: Dude b12 lives on, it turns the screen on as the cat walks away to finally reconnect with its buddies. If you pay attention to the elevated view the cat is already about halfway back to getting to where it was when it fell. So the cat is on its way to its buddies and b12 didn't die but was transferred.
@@NN_EnjoyerIt could be nice. For example, it can take place in another city, cause they are 99 at least. And it’d be nice, if the city was larger and more opened.
@@gmdrytp6420I think it would be similar to the beginning of the game, forestry+Techno like, basically in tue beginning there was a bit of technology but it also was getting drowned by nature. We also have seen the “control access rooms” maybe it that entire place we go into, so its like going in and out of the City. Also, in the walls of the city we saw windows, maybe we also go there?
@@pyrrhicvictory6978 SPOILER I'd love a sequel as well. Our little friend is outside but they still haven't found their friends. A second game could have us explore the outside while on the trail of their missing friends.
@@Robertward111I doubt the cats needs to find its friends. At the end of the game the cat is a 20 second walk from home(and it walks for that direction) and the other cats most likely can't leave the walls so they come back to the house eventually if they didn't go back already when we were inside WC99. I really want to see what the outside looks like but if we're going to have an sequel its most likely going to be the cat and it's friends exploring the outside and the first thing we do is probably try to leave the Walls. And since the wall is opened we could see what the robots are going to do and if there is a way to get B-12 back, or maybe humans in the wild and if we are with the other cats it adds a possible multiplayer(and new cat interactions) and/or new unique puzzles.
I don't know what's worse the fact that right away the menu theme hits instantly or the fact that when the cat turns its head the reflection in its eyes makes it look like a terrifying look like your in a horror game.
This game was such a breath of fresh air. I was instantly immersed and the mysteries the game had to tell. For a game with no humans it feels most human of them all. I wish there was more exploration and things to find that reward exploring. Easily one of the best first player experiences I've had in a long time. I hope they follow through with a sequel with more emphasis on exploration and collectibles. SPOILERS BELOW Anyone else laid with B-12 at the end and watched the roof open up and reflected on how great the story was and the characters you interacted with leading up to this point? If this game doesn't get any kind of reward this year I'm going to be genuinely upset. It's not game of the year material but it at least deserves best story. I'd say best first person game, but I think we all know Elden Ring will probably win that award this year.
I only now started playing Stray, so I am late here. I can say, when this started playing, I had a very strong feeling that it will be that sort of game that I will love, but it will also make me cry. Regardless of being a grown adult guy.
Oh man, I just finished my first playthrough of the story and I have so many emotions! When the credits finished and it came back to the menu, I was stuck listening to this for what felt like 5 minutes after thinking about it and it was actually about 40 minutes.
Bro enjoy your speedrun playthrough because after that you will wish you could play the game for the first time again🥹 Like yeah you could keep playing but after now 2.5 playthroughts I have really seen it all
i should have paid the extra money to get the game and the soundtrack.... somehow listening to this conveys a bunch of feelings of loneliness, despair, but at the same time .... it makes you feel calm, an odd sensations or reassurance, that everything is going to be ok
Dang, this feels suitable, as in for the cat who fell down from a high height, getting lost, cut off from family, explores a odd world, finds that no human lives there, a place called "Dead City". After a while of jumping and exploration, the cat finds a small head looking thing. When the cat placed it on the platform, the robot woke up, lost memories, but knows it's name from the side of the body. Not too long after, the cat found a new place called the "Slums". It was the cat's first encounter with the zurks. The situation happened quickly, not giving the cat enough time to think of it. The cat ran and ran, meanwhile shaking off the zurks that were on it's body. (gonna skip a lot) Eventually, the cat and the robot found a gate to the outside, a place where the robots thought that it was a myth. The cat noticed the 'Sealed off' sign. The cat's campanion sacrificed itself to help the cat get out of the world, despite it's conequensous. The huge ceiling was now gone, revealing light to the odd world, killing off any zurks that are left. Feeling sad, the cat slept next to it's 'dead' companion. After some time, the cat woke up, and exited to the outside by itself, bringing the companion along(option). Ending screen: Stray
This song is so beautiful. From the moment I first reached that menu, I knew Stray was special. This is the first game I've ever played where the music was my favorite thing about it -- the soundtrack with this title was so damn good, one of the most memorable for me in a long time. No game is truly perfect, and this one had some minor issues, but all-and-all, my only real criticism with Stray was that it wasn't any longer. This was one of those titles where I could not put the controller down, and every time I play again, I find myself so easily pulled back into that world and it's characters and all that delicious intrigue that defined the lore. Not a masterpiece, but in my opinion, as close as you can possibly get.
This theme portrays curiosity, sadness and hope in the most definitive way. Fitting for our favourite Stray cat of all time. I wish them the very best in their continued adventures. and hope we get to see them again soon to continue it with them.
For some reason it's not in the OST compilations, which is annoying since, in the comments I put all examples of the leitmotifs and two of them are in this one
I always feel teary-eyed hearing this as well and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's bittersweetness, maybe it's overwhelming joy, or maybe a sense of longing like our stray friend to find his way home.
I waited nearly 5 months to get the exclusive physical edition of this game from iam8bit. Just finished the game and man it was very interesting. But this song did not have to be as good as it is 🔥
Ce jeu est tout simplement génial. Personnellement, cela donne envie de vivre pour de vrai cette aventure en accompagnant ce chat exactement comme dans l'histoire. PS: les musiques du jeu sont tellement apaisantes et douces 👍🏻
Thx to PyrrhicVictory for putting this up on RU-vid and making me and others see the feelings this brings. Its hard to find yoyr favorite games musics but when someone uploads it to the internet, he makes someones day epic and the person deserves a thanks.
Este juego me pone muy sentimental, me recuerda a mi gato que se fue de mi casa por alguna razón que no conozco y se perdió y jamás volvió y me imagino que el sigue buscando la forma de regresar a casa 😢
The Stray Leitmotif also appears in Trailer 1, Dead city, notebooks, rooftops and control room. The Outsiders leitmotif also appears in trailer 2, town square, outlaws and daybreak.
