This stone house (semi-detached) with pool in an idyllic natural setting is just a short walk from the centre of this historic small town.
With a large garden running alongside a beautiful stream, set in lush greenery near a beautiful old mill, is this restored stone house of around 300 years old.
Despite its position close to the town centre, all the windows of the house look onto lush greenery and onto the large garden with in-ground heated pool. There is ample easy private parking.
The current owners have made high quality renovations, with beautiful new parquet floors downstairs, exposed stone fireplaces, exposed walls and beams, while upstairs very old floorboards of varying widths have been beautifully revealed.
The front door, hundreds of years old with hand-made nails and a heavy knocker, opens to a tiled hallway, to your left you'll enter the kitchen-dining room (24m2) that opens to the back garden and terrace. This kitchen-dining room connects through modern glass internal doors to the living room (30m2) with logburner and an heat/cool air-air heatpump unit - this room also opens to the garden.
