What happens to a guy's twig and berries when he does a split is... Nothing at all. The muscles in the thighs and pelvic floor don't work that way. Your balls are safe.

Split science: The groin is not connected to the joints that are actually performing the split. Your legs socket into pockets in your pelvis and by stretching the muscles around those sockets you can do a split, your groin isnt connected to these sockets in any meaningful way. With proper stretching anyone can do a split. IF YOU HIT THE GROUND TOO HARD WHEN YOU SPLIT YOU ARE STILL BOUND BY THE PHYSICS OF IMPACT TO PAIN
