Ronan and I are back to the Owhyee to throw some small streamers around in the last weekend of low-flow. Watch as we experience success and failure in chasing these big browns.
Thanks for the video! I live in northern CA and have never been to the Owyhee, and am thinking about heading there maybe first week of August. Is that a good time to go? Also, are you fishing a two-fly set-up? It looks like there is something above the point streamer. thanks again!
I think it's a game changer! I missed one too many fish last year with my old hand net and so I switched over. The only thing that can get annoying is when carrying a small backpack it can push the net sideways a bit so my legs hit it while walking. But pulling it out to net a fish hasn't been a problem like I thought it might have been.
