I gotta say I really love how Tuv has improved as a content creator Edit: to clarify, I’m specifically referring to his editing and just overall quality as a whole
He didn’t recognize what he was doing wrong when pulling out his credit card, buying the deepfakes, and keeping them up on his WORK computer. He’s a fucking dumbass
As a woman, I do not "respect" him for coming to terms with his guilty actions. He did what ANY person SHOULD have done, which is go "we should end this creepy, violating porn!" AFTER revealing himself to be a part of the problem, just to cover his ass! If he cared so much about deepfake porn, he should've been taking down those websites *first* instead of paying for and watching deepfake porn of his COWORKERS. That is SUPER gross; nobody needs to SEE the porn first in order to take it down. Thanks to him, female streamers have a new fear which has been proven to be REAL and sickening. He's part of the reason women can't feel safe in the public eye. Good on him for actually making an effort to undo what has been done, but he will NEVER undo the violation these women have suffered through.
@@nomoretwitterhandles This. I was the biggest Atrioc fan for years, once this came out, I could not support him in any way. The damage control he's doing seems so forced and fake, because you know he would've never gaven a shit about doing anything about deepfakes if he wasn't caught. The fact that he had his wife come on stream to vouch for him too will always be absolutely vile and twisted to me. I couldn't imagine putting my wife in that situation.
To make it clear, some people have disabilities and need a wheelchair, but they can walk without it. Like with chronic fatigue or chronic pains I believe.
If i'm correct he was wheelchair bound for a while due to his car crash. He has back injuries but was able to learn how to walk again. (Please correct me if im wrong) If I'm correct though, I feel like he could've still been a really respected gamer. He could've explained that he used his wheelchair because its easier to get around due to his back injuries instead of lying and saying he was wheelchair bound, since some dont get that. Either way his story of "I'm wheelchair bound" was very clearly a lie and a money grab.
thats true but all of this could’ve been avoided if the dude was just completely honest with fans, people aren’t dumb, they know wheelchairs aren’t always 24/7 but the dude gave zero impression that was the case
@@naruto_bae7508 He definetly could have come up with a more believeable story to fit what actually happened but you dont get up and strut around that quickly if you are still using a wheelchair he'd have moved much slower and probably made some kind of grunt sound or something but he tried to pull the i fell when we saw him get up and walk for a second. You would have thought he would have given some kind of update saying hes improving and able to move around a little and overtime people would have believed him and he could be still going to this day but he just went from zero to hero basically on his health. Maybe he just drank a super recovery potion or something and it cured him who knows xD
I have a wheechair as I cannot walk more than 20 metres. Stems from a spinal condition that started in my mid 30s (old as fck here). I sometimes limp due to the pain that runs down both my legs, however some times are worse than others. I've had comments like "I thought you needed a wheelchair?" and "oh your walking better, are you fixed now?". Chronic pain and chronic illness is real, and those comments hurt. Great vid dude.
@@JimmyG773 Im personally sorry and you're very tough for that man, People who use being wheelchair bound as a money grab are pathetic. He very clearly knew how to walk & and wasn't in pain like your experience, he probably went through something as well but lied for fame and money. You have been through some battles man, vs just standing up and hiding it because you know your easy money was over like him. wish you well
I have huge respect for tuv. He is making his own cartoon, He has his own clothing brand, He makes music ( Which i have not listened to yet). It is just so cool how he has done all this stuff. And i have a lot of respect for him.
@@colin2316that doesn’t really matter man, thats not the point and its a bad take to have. In this single youtube comment I can’t teach you the practice of empathy but I can at least point out that you seem to lack it. Imagine if the next mistake you made completely wiped your life away and nobody ever forgave you for it, if every single time anyone saw you ever again thats all they talked about. Theres just no point unless it’s something extreme, more extreme than what he did which was pretty fucking bad. This is how we end lives, not how we allow lives to be mended. I won’t personally be watching anymore but theres no reason to keep dragging the dude. He’s put an insane amount of money towards helping people and whether its damage control or not, it has revolutionized deepfake removal software far beyond what it was capable of.
@@codymarshall587 I don’t “lack empathy” I just don’t forgive and forget that easily. What he did was disgusting and if he’s actually successfully getting some of that shit off the internet than that’s a step in the right direction but no apology video will ever change the way I think about him. He’s doing a good thing to draw attention away from his own gross mistakes and nothings gonna make me change my opinion.
@@colin2316 He did a 6 month update and if you haven't seen it I'd suggest giving it a watch even if you dont think it'd change your mind. He's kinda been outrageously succesful not only with getting stuff taken down but finding ways to do it faster and cheaper, and also making things so hard that it's made some deepfake "artists" quit all together. Alot of work done that honestly wouldn't need to be done if that's all he wanted to do was draw attention away, expecially with proof that he had only visited the website once. Not tryna change your mind, just provide an update with new info to consider
In regards to Zilian, he made some really good points as to why he never lied. He had photos of him months prior to even beginning streaming where he was out with friends in a wheel chair. He never claimed he couldn't walk, he just said he needed to use a wheelchair. I've been in that situation, I had a problem with balance for about 6 months, and walking was incredibly difficult so I spent a majority of my time in a wheelchair. I didn't "need" the wheelchair, but it definitely made things a hell of a lot easier. I can't say for certainty that it was all fake, but I'm willing to believe that he didn't lie about it. Just maybe didn't tell the whole story.
While him lying about "falling" at first might seem like evidence of his guilt, I personally think he lied about it because wheelchair awareness is so low. Not many people understand that anyone might need a wheelchair, as wheelchairs aren't only for people who are paralyzed from the waist down. Some physical disabilities simply make walking/moving harder, and lots of people who use wheelchairs are perfectly capable of walking a little bit. He most likely lied about "falling" out of his wheelchair because, at the time, he might've felt like people would think he's a faker no matter *what* he said. Though, in retrospect, being honest about it from the start would've been the best move. (edited for clarity)
I listened to the audio of the last case you mentioned. You're spot-on. That's definitely S/A; I won't explain in detail because I'm not putting your viewers through that but everyone just know, yes, something was up, especially from the script and the audio, and there should have been further investigation into this.
your editing skills have improved extremely and i am glad that you have been improving. Been subscribed before 1 million and i can tell that you have gotten really well at everything that i cant do. Love your content and i want to see more!
according to another video he’s actually hired some editors so it seems he’s developing a whole team now which is a great direction for him as it’s draining doing everything by urself
@@BeleCoi totally. his editing reminds me of a lot of different channels. i like it tho, and i hope his videos don’t keep getting demonetized so that way he can support himself and pay the editors
@sicknerf3d837 SunnyV2 but with a personality, I love how objectively factual Sunny is but this isn't the same IMO, the face cam alone gives me more personal vibes like I would kill people for him and lock them in a dungeon ( I haven't built it yet will post vids soon) *NOT parasocial*
I love your perseverance of your brand and how you make the advertisement for them. Its lighthearted and i just like the way you show off the merch. Truly inspirational.
Congrats on getting started at Kick! I don't think I personally will ever use the service because the higher ups at the company don't seem to be the types of people I would want to support, but it's good to have competition in the streaming space as it forces twitch to get their ass in line and stop fucking around with the lives of content creators by releasing and then backtracking on terrible policies every 3 months.
higher ups in any big company aren't ones you'd want to support. it's just that kick can't keep it behind closed doors. jeff bezos evading taxes, every social media app ever trading your personal information, signing your 'moral rights' away on reddit, facebook having access to your browsing history, etc etc.
@@deathrowShorty thats fair, but ill take that over actively homophobic people, primarily due to the fact that amazon clearly doesn’t make that much money off of Twitch if they’re firing large portions of their staff so my use or lack thereof of the service on my own wont change much, and the idea of being on a platform co-owned by Adin Ross is nauseating to me personally (not judging other people for chasing their bag though). If I have to choose between hyper-capitalism and nazi sympathizers, ill choose hyper-capitalism, but I don’t like either at the end of the day.
@@p.r.1308 Well Adin Ross is a co owner, and itd take ages to go down the list of what he’s done from consistently defending Andrew Tate, saying shitty stuff about the trans community (i get that most people don’t care about that but for me its one if my main reasons for disliking him since I have a lot of trans people in my life so I found that distasteful), and saying homophobic slurs on stream. Just an overall distasteful guy in my opinion, and Twitch did more to stop him including banning him for how hateful and anti-Semitic his chat was getting.
For those planning to look up "joe daddy audio", it's pretty mortifying and you'll catch yourself having a disgusted look on your face, just be aware. It's pretty horrifying.
Anything wrong that someone has done can be redeemed, everyone makes mistakes, and everyone can change. Seeing people speak about what he did like they have never done anything wrong in their life drives me nuts. Like if you make a major mistake, but dont realize its a mistake until its done damage, then thats a learning experience that will make you a better person in the end. All humans make mistakes, and all humans have some fucked up thoughts and urges sometimes. I think hes prolly an awesome dude in real life, and dealing with the situation right after the moment it happened is commendable, out of all the people who speak of him like hes an irredeamable devil, i can guarantee most of them wouldnt take accountability and put in effort to change in the same situation.
@@emma6648 You personally find it unforgiveable, that doesn't mean it was a factually unforgiveable action, as is evidence by the mountains of people who have forgiven him.
I heard the audio of the last entry, not a lot makes me cry, but I was so shaken and upset after hearing that. Being SA'd is literally one of my biggest fears.
I'm digging how tuv has improved, both in confidence and presentation and the editing. Oh, and the hair, getting some 90s vibe mixed in with 20s, lookin' good.
@@Theforestrysystem as a disabled person, he should have. Him not saying shit and then walking on stream makes him look like a liar and paints a LOT of actual disabled streamers in a bad light.
Is it just me or when I see tuv doing well and his videos get better and the content evolve, I feel like a mother watching her baby graduate high school or sum shit lol
Influencing people to go onto a platform that’s actively trying to get kids addicted to gambling feels bad man. Like great to have competition for twitch and a 90/10 split for creators but if the money’s coming from ppl gambling all their money away :/
I love tuv a lot as a creator, but it it sucks that youtube has basicly forced him to bring his content to a less dark material. I still love his content and will continue to support him but youtube is really a bitch.
It really is unfair on the unfair treatment of different genders when it come to online activity. I know everybody do stupid things but I've been watching multiple videos where almost the whole world has to come together to take down one female streamer. But as soon as a guy makes one mistake his stream is taking down almost instantly. I really hope folks start to wake up and start to fight back especially on twitch they are really bad with it
atrioc situation is so upsetting and i dont think he should be forgiven, something similar happened at my school where nudes of girls were edited and leaked, i knew of at least 3 girls who had killed themselves - it hurts to see how many people forgive him
@@GorillaWithAPhone i don't care how much he tries, what he did was so fucked and you really can't expect any woman to forgive him :p if some do, cool, but as someone who's seen first hand what ts does to ppl, i won't ever forgive him
I respect how Atrioc handled the situation. I have been the victim of some stuff on the internet (I won’t get into detail), but if I found out that a person who participated took accountability, felt genuinely sorry, and then spent substantial time and money (relative to their financial status) to develop very needed tools to help me and other people like me… it would actually mean a lot to me. None of us can turn back time and undo the bad and hurtful things we’ve all done. But it’s so rare to see a person actually try to make things right in a way that isn’t superficial or just completely disingenuous.
they're never genuinely sorry lol if they were they wouldn't have done the shit they did in the first place. They always would have kept going if they weren't caught.
@hush9185 your point doesn't use the right evidence. Atrioc has claimed that the one time he got caught was the only time he looked at it because he was curious about AI (He was interested in the development of AI around that time). You saying that he did it multiple times doesn't correlated with the evidence.
zilianop's situation was a big misunderstanding. also, i wouldn't get your information from sunnyv2. sure, some of his videos are entertaining, but he's had bad information, or just straight up misinformation in some of them. he also has a hard time remaining unbiased. there's nothing inherently wrong with that in itself, but it becomes a problem when you're using his videos for solid information.
Tuv I know this reply is quite late but it’s crazy to see how much your channel has grown Mad respect to you as when I first started watching you had little over 5000 subscribers. I love your content keep up the great work
I’ve been watching you since you basically started uploading, but I’m really conflicted with how to feel about this video and the discussion surrounding the Zillian situation. With taking info from and praising SunnyV2 after all of the public and proven disrespect along with the condescension in “why lie though” etc, it is kind of upsetting. As a physically disabled person, I know how it is to need to change mobility aids depending on the day or time of day. And regarding lying, I know of so many times I have “lied” or hid bits of my conditions so people wouldn’t look down on me or pity me. I don’t think he should be criticized for being insecure about what his disability is/was actually like. Tuv, I will still continue to watch your videos in hopes that this ignorance (while it may be subtle) in research does not become a pattern, though it seems as though some others fear that to be the case. I hope you will continue to create the content that we know and love you for, despite whatever missteps there may be along the way
Yeah, it made me feel strange too. I also watched tuv since he had a couple thousand subscribers, and as an lgbtq+ person it was kind off disappointing to see him shout out sunnyv2. Also the misinformation about disabled people is very harmful and a topic of that streamer requires more research than a sunnyv2 video.
I don't have too much to say that you already haven't, but I very much agree. I heavily doubt he just wasn't aware that SunnyV2 had done anything bad because it was practically the only thing people talked about the week the video was made. It's really off-putting. I got a similar vibe when he started streaming on kick, but I did trust he wasn't going to be that kinda guy, and I don't believe he is, but I think a lot of minor things like can impact your opinion of someone.
@@therosearts5081 yeah I’m trans as well so it really caught me off guard. And I didn’t wanna say it cuz I wasn’t sure if I was wrong for thinking it, but the whole streaming on Kik thing is really bothersome with how much the platform profits off of exploiting young people and harboring people who Tuv has spoken against. Like I’m not trying to witch hunt people, but there are just some things that can’t be overlooked
You're not a streamer living off subs on Twitch. You don't owe transparency to anyone about your condition... But he did. Yes, he might be actually disabled, but the fact he only came forward about his state when caught, that his girlfriend reacted the way she did, and that he only let it slip because he was in a moment of distress shows that he is not as innocent as he claims to be.
its so crazy to me how ive been watching your videos since you had under 400k and now your doing colabs with charlie and other famous people!!. its insane dude i feel like a proud mom
Great vid but the Dellor "gamer-word" situation happened before he blew up as a streamer. And dellor wasn't 'excusing' his actions, he was just explaining the factors that led up to that situation, plus dellor said himself that he deserved the punishment he got. If he was actually making excuses he would have explained the factors that led up to the gamer-word situation and justified his behavior based on those factors (which he didn't do). Only complaint about the vid. Good video.
15:40 what an insane statement to make… children with cancer are meant to die? And shes a bio major?? My brother was 3 when he got diagnosed with stage 3 blood cancer, and he beat cancer at the age of 6. Hes now grown and healthy thank god. To say that they are meant to die is absolutely insane.
kick is a heavily gambling oriented streaming site btw, i am not against gambling, but the only gambling i like is in an actual big professional casino offline
Idk the Atrioch guy I've never heard of him but it honestly idk what too say at 1st it seems like crocodile tears but the fact he is going out of his way too stop these site's let's hope he sticks to his name.
Bro just tuned back in on this channel. It’s amazing how far you have gotten! Last time i saw one of your videoes you had 3 K subs! This warms my heart! Keep up the good work❤️.
the complete lack of empathy a lot of dudes showed towards the streamers who were affected by the deepfake situation was gross. it was a lot of, "it wasn't actually them, so who cares?" and "they get naked for money on their onlyfans and then complain about this" (which ignores both the concept of consent and the fact that the reason deepfakes were in demand for these girls is because they don't do porn). really just disgusting overall.
If this video was released in 2015 or 2014 i could just imaging the title being like : TOP 6 Twitch streamers ruining their career in seconds!?!?!?! **OMG** **SHOCKING** **MUST WATCH** 😂😂😂😂
Maybe I'm giving him too much props and maybe a little misinformed but Dellor has grown alot. He struggled with mental health and clearly had toxic addictions; not saying he shouldn't held accountable but in newer content he's been less toxic and more composed. So at the very least, I think we should acknowledge that he's getting better, or atleast trying.
Atrioc is still pulling in the same numbers as he did for the alt-tab incident. Yeah he might’ve lost respect in his the streaming field, he’s still a bigger streamer.
That's because men kinda suck and don't really care about the effect deepfake porn has on women and girls. Matter of fact, they get off to the negative effects it has. I bet a lot of you men and boys like Atrioc and think he's relatable for doing what he's done. Super gross.
One thing I think everyone should keep in mind is that some wheelchair bound people have limited abilities to walk short distances. If you have paralyzed legs? Sure, you're not walking at all, but a lot of people in wheelchairs might just suffer from severe chronic pain/ severe fibromyalgia, and can walk short distances but mostly need to remain in the chair. Not saying this particular streamer didn't fake, but it's just something to keep in mind regardless, because a lot of people might see a wheelchair bound person getting up and think "wait are they faking?" when really, they might have a significant disability, but one that affords them limited ability to use their legs in short bursts.
On Zilianop, I wanted to say that this plays off of a very harmful misconception about wheelchair users. Although he *was* faking in this situation, people assumed he was lying because he could still walk, not all wheelchair users are paralyzed/unable to walk entirely. Most users can actually still walk to some degree but use a chair when needed. Some disabilities vary in intensity day-by-day and people might have multiple mobility aids to meet different levels of support. I personally have a cane and walker that I alternate between as needed and am currently trying to get a power chair of some kind. Just because a wheelchair user can walk, doesn't mean that they're inherently lying about their disability. I see this a lot with "faith healers" too, claiming they "Saw disabled people rise from their wheelchairs"... because a good amount of us can still walk. Again, I acknowledge that he *was* faking here, but the base argument for him faking was entirely about his ability to walk. It's never the place to speculate if someone on the internet is faking a disability because we don't know anything about their average lives, plus (most people) aren't medical professionals and therefore unqualified to say if someone who we only see a few hours of a day behind a screen is lying. People need to stop chomping at the bit to say a disabled person is faking to somehow feed their own narrative of what being disabled looks like and who fits that standard. Of course there are people who fake, but that doesn't mean we need to take every disabled person with a grain of salt on the chance they'll fit your personal view of disability. Do not hold the actions of those who lied over those who didn't. And that statement applies to every disability that people get under fire for "faking". A final note: Happy disability pride month to every disabled person reading this!! You're so strong, and I may not know you, but I'm proud of you :) I hope you have a safe month, keep fighting the good fight 💜
taking info from sunnyv2 who made that transphobic video, and not taking into account zillian's entire story and proof where he explained himself by just dismissing it with "I dunno why he still gotta lie" after quoting WavyWebSurf who actually did take into account the entire story? Woof.
@@swimsvg1855fr, like I would get one fluke incident, but I’ve noticed this more than once. I feel like after watching WWS’s vid and digging deeper, you’d understand Zillian’s circumstances. Another thing that irked me was the fact that he’s streaming on kik, like really??? After making a video about how fucked up kik is as a platform?? He could’ve chose RU-vid. He had to have gotten a sponsorship or something, something is feeling pretty shady about the kik livestreaming
It’s extremely disheartening to see people in the comments just skip past that part of the video. Sunnyv2 is not a reliable source, more people should be aware of that.
@@a1suruxxto be fair kick does have the best sub split between any streaming website. I don’t like the platform but I understand why people would want to stream there.
Right? Hey, when I have bad days I can mutter some pretty imaginative obscenities, but the N word - or a slur against any race or ethnicity - isn’t among them. If those words aren’t in your vocabulary to begin with, they won’t suddenly come out of your mouth on a “bad day.”
I love how all the RU-vidrs I watch are connected, Tuv gave sunnyv2 a shout out and in sunnyv2 video he gives wavywebsurf a shout out 😂 then there moridforfun this man knows all 3 RU-vidrs and has videos with Tuv. It’s just great seeing y’all work together.
One thing you can say about Atrioc is that he showed the internet how to apologize correctly. Put your money where your mouth is, live your remorse, don't try to blame someone else, and don't try to game it for your own benefit.
Atrioc is a great example that you're never safe online, even from your peers. Especially if you're a woman. ESPECIALLY if you're being introduced into a male-dominated and infamously toxic and misogynistic space. You never know what someone's motive is for befriending you... Maybe they don't just think you're a good gamer...
if zillian had even done any research about using a wheelchair, he'd know that many wheelchair users dont use one 24/7. theres plenty of people that use one out and about, but not at home, or only use one when theyre having a flare of some nerve/muscle condition
using other sources is cool but sunnyV2 has been proven to be wrong on multiple occasions. Not saying the story you used is false because it is true but it would be wise to not use Sunny as a super-valid source.
Props for having an affordable merch option. So many people want to support creators they care about and have an opportunity to buy something cool, but it often takes so long for creators to get around to them.
As an adult who's had leukaemia that wasn't triggered until I was 27, that one streamer who said kids with cancer were supposed to die....can get fucked. The amount of people who have told me it was a choice or that I manifested or even deserved it is sickening. I wouldn't put it on my worst enemy. If you have no personal or medical experience with cancer, you can't imagine what it's like. Kids hit harder because they might not understand or articulate why they feel sick or low. I will go to bat for any other cancer sufferer or survivor who can't for themselves. It's disgusting to attack them .
When I first saw Zillian starting to get big on twitch I considering starting to stream myself, as I’m a paraplegic wheelchair user. Seeing him I thought, dang we could get a couple of people who are disabled and have like a whole group of us eventually. I did a few diablo streams with no cam just to get a feel for things and I had no real information about myself on my page yet. I was just testing the waters. I never got many viewers or anything, I think the most I had was maybe 5-8 people coming in and asking some questions or just chatting. Then he got exposed and I felt that if I were to go forward with streaming I’d end up catching all that shit and the accusations that I was faking too would be nonstop. So I just stopped there. I’ve thought about giving it another shot, or a real shot, over the years but I just don’t play games as much as I used to and my personal situation has changed a lot since then and would be a lot more difficult for me to actually stream consistently. Who knows what could’ve happened if he had just been honest.
I wish people understood that 80% of wheelchair users are not fully paralyzed. A decent amount of them CAN walk short distances, but need their wheelchair for day to day life mobility. I'm happy the physical therapy worked and he was able to walk more and more over time. People are not necessarily faking because you don't understand their disability, and he is NOT obligated to disclose any of his medical history to the public.
kinda wild to me that there’s people giving atrioc SO much credit for doing the bare minimum. and he would never do any of this “good stuff” on his own accord if he wasnt caught. him having his GF in the bg of the apology stream was SUCH obvious sympathy bait. the guy will never get respect for me and any self respecting women should feel the same .
