TYSM my stream delay was 20 seconds it was impossible to respond to them

So when I stream it has 5/7 seconds delay while quality of the stream is good and when I finish stream the streamed video then has no delay at all,I'll try to put your settings and I'll see what will happen And it worked,I now have delay but not like before that I haved difference between audio and video,now I have audio and video as 1 in a millisecond so to say and just a delay of 5/7 seconds,it's a delay like what it happens on my screen happens 5/7 seconds latter on my stream,so I will call your video helpful,thanks man

i have 597 download speed and 500 upload speed and i did everything in the video but there is still 20 seconds of delay

Yo bro I have a out of sync on streamlabs where I say jump i look over at my twitch it took 8 or 5 secs to say jump in my stream

I dont know whats wrong with my streamlabs i already followed three tutorials including this one and my download speed is 15mbps but i still have 15 seconds of delay :((( nothing seems to help... does anyone have the same problem?
