True , always happy to see underrated stars like rajkummar , shraddha get some genuinely good movies , And the makers too pulled it off very well Let's see if they can get Ayushmann a huge comeback too

World wide would have been higher if they would had got screens internationally. I live in Victoria, Canada. Vedaa got the screens and Stree 2 is not running over here.
I have never seen a situation where Im searching for people around me to go with to watch this movie and all of them have wayched it, Otherwise people don't even care for other movies but this has got so much appreciation and word of mouth effect
Jana ka literally each and every scene funny tha. I rank Abhishek Banerjee above Shraddha and Rajkumar Rao in terms of acting and impact in this movie.

Best thing about both Stree and Stree 2 is all characters played significant role in making movie interesting not just one or two... Rajkumar Rao, Shraddha, Aparshakti, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee all acted brilliantly
Shraddha when signed the Stree in 2018, it was a low budget and not so strong star cast movie. No A list actress worked with versatile actors like SSR and Rajkumar Rao. She gave respect to the the talent and talent gave her the respect she deserved in Bollywood.
No doubt movie is good. But you have to include the fact that ticket price rose exponentially almost double in every category in last one year. I have watched the movie today at 11.30 am but at that time merely 40% seats were occupied. Due to high ticket prices these collection number looks very huge but no of viewers are not so good.
Stree 2 is awesome.. Its comedic timing, expressions, cameos and plot.. it will go beyond 500cr for sure because it's picking up the trend.. usually when underrated movie performs well, people have fomo and it creates chain reaction
Aaj kal south ke chilkut nahi dikh rahe hai, jo bol rahe thay bollywood ke paas story nahi, ye nahi, woh nahi, beta dekho, ek unique horror comedy universe generate ki hai, with excellent collections too.
first of all stree 2 is not shraddha kapoor movie but Rajkumar Rao movie every news article ignoring him totally and giving all the credit to shraddha kapoor
Stree 2 is an excellent movie.. after a long time I have seen houseful theaters for a bollywood movie. This shows that how much you expend in movie like 200-300-400 or even 600 Cr, you can't perform good especially in long run if you don't have a good script and actor's great performance. #Stree2 has now set a mark to others that how to make a movie❤❤
I think India has a huge appetite for horror movies (stree , munjiya and stree 2, even popes exorcist dod great business). But the producers for some reason dont seem to invest in the horror genre.
I think in Lifetime Worldwide Gross, it can collect over ₹550-600 Crores because its hold ut too good ( till now 21/08/24 ). So probably besting Adipurush, Tiger 3 and even Dunki.

I agree Akshay has no role in stree 2 success but he definitely gave a x factor to the movie for me and i absolutely fucking loved every scene of him in the movie.❤
