That Ménage à trois line was actually perfect for a freestyle. Locks whole verse was on point though. Both 2 of the best artists in the game right now, so much respect for both.
This post actually got me. Here I am, high as fuck, watching rap cypher videos, I scroll down for a couple of comments and see some dudes talking about this 'Notro'. I was like; oh my god, was that fat dude in the back actually a rapper too!? That dudes rhymes would have to be tight if he's chillin with these non-fats. So I waste like 2 and a half minutes of my life making youtube and google searches for 'notrotious rap' and 'sick notro verse' ...etc. To no avail. The searches were fruitless. Google even had the audacity to suggest I may have been trying to search for 'notorious'. It was then I realised i'd been trolled. #gotme #lolz #wantthose2andahalfminutesback A flurry of emotions ensued. First anger. Could these internet punks really have gotten through my generation Y, private school quip, alien forcefield from Independence Day-like defences? Am I slipping in my mid 20s? Is it all over for me now? I was pretty cheeched. The anger quickly subsided however, and I was engulfed by a feeling of empathy. I too have commented on a video purely because it made me laugh to do it. I too have baited online suckers into saying something back just to get a bit of agro going. I too have typed in the comment box the very first thing that came to my head without any thought to the dickhead on the other side of the world thats going to get burnt by it. I mused. The empathy was turning to pride. Pride that there are still battlers out there talking absolute smack at will. It wouldn't be worth Lock's time to destroy some kid on the internet. As sick as a full on beef with Lock and someone talented would be, there's no real reason for Lock to stoop down to industry nigga tactics to get his name out there. But I feel you. I feel like Lock could put any spitter in an early grave.
