Street Fighter 1 [Arcade] - play as Mike (playthrough)

This is an alternative version of the Arcade game Street Fighter 1 which allows the player to select the enemy/boss characters.
Mike is the second American enemy opponent. He is a non-selectable character in the normal version of the game.
===== About Mike =====
Mike is a heavyweight boxer who looks to make money from fights in order to help the poor and to contribute to teaching children on how to box. He has a younger sister who is in hospital, whom he also fights to help.
Gameplay-wise, this guy doesn't have any special moves so therefore he relies on his basic moves. And thankfully, his basics are pretty good as they inflict very high depletion. For example, his low punches (which are his standing Kick buttons) take off 33% of the opponent's life for each hit, which means that 3 of these hits will defeat the opponent. His HP inflicts 40% depletion for each hit.
His punches are very similar to SF2's Balrog, so it's clear that Balrog is based on Mike.

---- He does not have any "special moves".
---- Despite the similarities in basic moves and the name (compared to Mike Bison), this guy isn't Balrog. He is a separate character as the 'All About Capcom' and 'Street Fighter World Warrior Encyclopedia' books indicates. Capcom themselves have also said that the two were always intended to be different/separate characters.
---- He is based on real-life boxer Mike Tyson.
---- In the arcade Street Fighter II intros, people thought that the fighter on the left (the guy that gets punched) is Mike. It isn't. He is actually a different character named "Max", as Capcom revealed on the Capcom Fighters Network website.
---- Mike is one of the 5 characters of SF1 who has not made an appearance in any future SF game.
===== Additional Information =====
---- In this version of the game, most of the enemie's / bosse's "special moves" are performed by holding Down or Down-Back or Down-Forward and then pressing a [P] or [K] button. Interestingly, this indicates that the enemy jumping strikes are a set routine/move, instead of a free move during jumping. It also explains why you cannot perform any strikes while jumping with them.
---- Despite selecting the enemy characters, the portrait of Ryu (1P) or Ken (2P) is always used for the versus screens.
---- When playing as an enemy character, after you win a round, the winning text will still say that Ryu or Ken won the round.
---- You can still play the 'break-the-boards' bonus games as an enemy character. However the enemy characters often do not have sufficient moves to reach/break all the boards.
---- Obviously the other bonus game where you time the karate chop will always be Ryu or Ken.
---- When you complete the game with an enemy character, it will still use Ryu's or Ken's portraits for the "king of the hill" victory message.
