Raul Julia was a great actor and is missed. I loved him in The Addams Family. I see you started off with Ming-Na Wen. She was and is a gorgeous woman. I have always enjoyed the characters she portrayed.
I remember in the months leading up to the movie's release, people were talking about how odd it would sound, when JCVD would be yelling "SONIC BOOM" during a fight..... in his Belgian accent. Even at school, people were saying the same thing...... then out of nowhere, a girl in class (whom I gathered, also happened to play Street Fighter) said, "yeah, compared to how they have a voice actor saying "SONIC BOOM" in an unmistakable Japanese accent." That basically shut everybody up in class, hahaha!

@bruhify Jr Raul Julia was suffering from stomach cancer but his official cause of death was complications of a stroke and slipped into a coma a few days later after the stroke and died just days before. Julia died before Street Fighter was released. He was sick from 1993 onward with cancer until his death even though he had surgery for stomach cancer and kept acting with Street Fighter and The Burning Season while very ill and gaunt in appearance. He was offered the role of Bucho in the Antonio Banderas film Desperado but had to drop out due to his declining health.
I never cared what the critics said about this movie. It was great, they stayed true to the source material as much as possible, in every way possible, and they fully delivered on what we came to see. (Fight scenes.)
I remember how excited i was when i heard for the first time that JCVD will be part of the movie as Guile. Than i saw the movie and my happiness was gone.
