​@@imbangmaynn5705 Agree. It does seem i am the odd one out cause i preferred sf5 ultra far more than 5. It was just a way more fun game to play with a couple friends and passing the controller if you lost. 5 just seemed way too technical and less fun. I mean you could be knocked out in one combo ala marvel vs Capcom style B4 you had a chance if you didn't know how to link all those moves together while in 4, you still had a good chance as long as you can pull off supers and specials

VI is taking a much more realistic approach. But I'm not sure if it works with the often comical nature of the Street Fighter franchise.

Sf 6 have too much realistic graphic its like im playing teken or MK i feel bad

Now that the game is out it seems like SF6 has better animation, but a lot of it is really subtle. Like if you look at 0:32, Ryu in SF6 has different facial expressions.

@@ManateeMentality Facial expression and character animations are two different things. A lot of people have noticed SF6 animation problems. All former street fighter animators and Dimps didn't work on the game 😥 The game is commercial success and has found a new audience with maintream. our hope to have top nutch transitions/animations is almost finished

The actual gameplay looks more fun. For instance, SF3 i felt as it bored the hell out of me, the sf5 ultra came out and had a really cool new look and super fun arcades gameplay Then SF5 went back to the boring overly technical style and boredom that SF3 provided. I'm praying 6 can bring back some of that arcades fun part 4 (and Alpha 3 ) had even though they are bringing back the parry move. (The parry isn't what made 3 feel so birding, i know it's many oeep's fave in the franchise but it was my least favorite of all the SF games, even the 3D EX games i found more entertaining than 3. It's quite possible i didn't give 5 enough time but i was frustrated how few characters they had and also my favorite characters were locked behind a pay wall, now compare that to Ulta 4 and the insane number of characters. Plus, fir that generation of consoles, the art style was truly unique and looked wonderful. JUST A SIDE NOTE TO DISCUSS THE MANY OTHER STREET FIGHTER GAMES IN THE FRANCHISE THAT MAY HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN; HEY, WHATEVER HAPPENED TO NAMCOS TEKKEN VS STREET FIGHTER THAT WAS HALF DEVELOPED USING TEKKEN'S ENGINE? WAS IT CANCELLED DUE TO THE FLOP SF x Tekken was which honestly wasxan awesome game which no one really gave enough of a chance. Really it was not bad at all, the Tekken characters were awesome in Street Fighter engine (And please please please bring back SF vs SNK, i mean why let it die, it was crazy popular on Dreamcast, the best generation of 2D console games considering PS2 was unable to play any of the many many fighting games on DC at the same level. The animation was sacrificed to point of never should've been made for PS2))

The Hadouken is Ryu's main thing... While the Shoryuken is Ken's thing.... That's why Ken can add fire to his DP and Ryu can charge up his fireball with electricity... They are excelling at different parts of the Shoto style

I can agree to disagree with everything you said up until the sound effects part. Listen to ryu level 3, Every hit sounds crunchy and you can feel how bad it hurts. Massive step up from 5

Type "Why SF6 animations suck" on youtube by Geki_CP he will explain that in a very long video. It's not a hate video . Just a technical point of view. Why Even SFV animations are better. If you only have Mo Cap and cinematic that looks good in a fighting game it's a big fail. Mainstream seem to not understand that. Mainsteam used to adore MK games so.. 🤷‍♀. Watch the video. It's very interesting.

​@@johnsyborg not to mentioned 9n release B4 all the updates, sf5 really did suck. All of us who bought it day one were suckers only to have a far better version release fairly soon after. I think far quicker than others because let's face it, SF always had like 3 different interactions per game but at least now we can purchase the upgrades rather than repurchasing at full price ala SF 4 and SF4 Ultra. (There was no update at huge discount)

I actually disagree. 6 looked smoother and faster gameplay too. 5 seemed slow like SF 3 which neither no matter how beautiful, i just couldn't get into it but SF4 Ultra, i seriously couldn't get enough and played it on multiple consoles, even the 3DS version was outstanding for such a week system

Sf4 ultra had the best roster and a better gameplay than 5. And probably even of 6. Even better art style. Sf3 had ugly characters..sf4 is the best sf game ever.
