Ramked is full of one-and-done players, even in higher ranks. Capcom needs to fix ranked. you should have to play 3 matches b4 any points is given. if you win the first two then that's a wrap. but in a 1-1 draw you can't leave and if you do you get a penalty and the other person gets the point.
