That’s wrong classification meant to simplify him for beginners. While it’s true the charge moves basically put Guile a bit far than general, he shines when he is one backhand distance away from the opponent since Sonic Boom recover faster than Hadouken.

@@mappybc6097 datta could be tho. sim said he even has the same strechy limbs but is embarassed by it. what a loser kid. he has potential to master the yoga on sim level im sure. but rather be a doctor. man i hope he letsgo of his moder life style n follows in his dads footsteps. a power like dhalsims yoga would be sad to just fade away. im sure Oro would agree... odd the kids of these characters are wasted potential so far. ken with mel. now sim with datta. chuns with li fen. these guys need to be showing up in future SF games as playable.

@@mappybc6097 Actually the canon says Kris and Datta sparred before, and Kris won... most likely because she's slightly older (already in the tween years girls are usually bigger than boys). In Dhalsim's World Tour playthrough he mentions that Datta is currently studying to become a doctor. So this means both he and Kris are in college now.

Guile tips about fighting are pretty good and works for a real fight.... there's often times we get scared because of a guy's appeareance/size etc but when the fight actually happens they are not that tough....no wonder animals in nature try to use "scary" growlings or stances to make an potential opponent quit ...it happens just as well in human society....

didnt bruce lee prove this in his lifetime?? lol. just cuz he was small he could still beat on the best of em. we never saw his full power either in combat as he held back to cause serious injury. but hitting 300 or so pound bags making them bounce around and even break is impressive for someone of his size. he can easily break limbs n imobilze someone within seconds. also he prided himself on his speed. which to this day no one can compete with lol. still waiting on a second coming... but no other the rhuman has stepped up. now imagine that power in a real fight vs someone with similar weight n bulk. with no rules no worry about hurting the other guy to unaliving him. sadly mma scrubs think its all about size when it comes to a REAL street fight. no rules. anything goes. survival death battle scenario. 🧐🙂

Only in SF2's English version. In Japan, Guile's family had different names which SF6 used though I prefer the localized names since Guile's wife Jane is actually named Julia. That's not too confusing, right Juli??
