I think this theme fits Vega very well honestly, although it doesn't have the Spanish-inspired instruments in his other themes, this I feel hits closer to home to his character. He's a mentally ill, cold-blooded assassin with an obsession with beauty that stemmed from the grief and anger in childhood losing his mother by his "ugly" step-father murdering her. The instruments in this specific song just nails that insanity/delusional vibe perfectly, and after watching the SF4 ending of him striving to be immortal in an addition to eternal beauty I kind of wish Capcom went back to this type of theme for Vega.
Yes, that Vega classic theme we all know fits what he shows to the world, his eccentric personality and tastes. But this theme, feels more like what's going on in his mind.
A really cool detail that i found is that Vega is the only one who appears looking directly at the camera in its character screen, while usually all the other characters are facing sideways
I honestly like this theme a little more than his classic. It's mysterious, creepy, and has a rhythm to it that fits Vega's playstyle. It also fits well with his stage which is much more isolated and melancholic than the usual underground tavern. This theme always came off as more personal, this is Vega without the mask on.

This theme is, by far, the only one that fits perfectly Vega's psychotic instinct, fucked-up mind and narcissistic persona. If you disagree we have a brawl! Bring it on!

even though he's not as insanely busted as super turbo this version of claw is my favorite, he was one of my fav parts of the old street fighter 2 animated movie and his design on this game feels really similar to that

Mexico and Canada are in North America, but only residents of the US are called American. Lastly, Spain is simply based in the continent of Europe, most of their people take on a more 'Latino', Or 'Spanish' (Quite as the name says) Ethnic makeup

I can't begin to explain the HYPE I got playing against Vega in this stage when he would hit the V-Ism and you would hear a bunch of "YOUUUUUUUUUU YOOOOOOOOOUUUUU!!!" Like I don't even know why that gets me so damn hype but it's straight fire ya'll !!! One of the greatest SF Themes of all time! Like if I heard this song in any given situation I would be like "OOooh sh*t something is DEFINITELY about to go down" LOL
