I never understood why they gave Ken the real hurricane kick on this game, but Ryu and the others got that other one.

You can do the original hurricane kick Ken has with ryu, Akuma, etc. Its just a different more difficult command if I remember correctly

now this game is became FIGHTING EX LAYER but they remove the exell and the strike when the opponent became daze i prefere Street Fighter EX 2 Plus over FIGHTING EX LAYER

All Capcom fighting games lost similar combo mechanics at some point, for unknown reasons. Like Sf Alpha and Cvs2 had custom combo. And Sf4 and Sf5 didnt bring it back. I believe Arika decided to put it down just because Capcom did it too.
