I've had a question that's come to mind recently, as I've wanted to dip my toes into some Street Fighter EX/EX2 remixes as well... Are these direct rips or recreations? I do know that SFEX1+2 had sequenced music, but I'm unaware if there's any process to ripping it into a more usable format (ie midi and dls/sf2) if these are recreations, you are insanely good at picking up those little details!!!

These are recreations by ear.. unfortunately, even though they have vgm rips available of the arcade osts.. as of yet there is no way to convert SONY ZN music to midi yet. Hopefully one day! At least you can listen to the channels one by one on winamp/foobar and hear the notes alot better but it's still very time consuming This is why I decided to share these Midi files as they are not available any where else
