After getting hit by certain types of hits Hugo falls in a way that allows for his throw box to get close enough to the ground for command throws to connect. I've noticed that Yun's heavy kick is suitable for combo into zenpo but had to use Genei Jin because I couldn't do it without it. Maybe in the future I will upload a version of this video with hitboxes.
Thanks! Not that practical but Gigas also works because it's faster and it's also a throw. The initial version of this video actually had the same combo but with Gigas. However I later decided that it was repetitive and removed it. After all a 720 has 0 frames of start up and a 360 has 2 frames of start up so I thought that showing only that the slower throw connects would be enough.
After you land certain types of hits against some characters their throw box gets very close to the ground so the game thinks that they are on the ground.
Simply phenomenal, I was delighted the whole way through. Love the detail of Necro and Effie singing to the background song at the end! EDIT: Can someone please explain the rat sprite (right above Yang's cat and Oro's turtle) at 0:10 and 6:43? I've never seen it before.
