Might be a stretch here, but the mask and hat are very similar to what Lisa Lisa from Jojo wears at first. Rose's design is heavily based off Lisa Lisa.

It's the business model of every fighting game.. and it's actually way better now, it's mostly update, we used to have to buy the game full price almost every year.. If you expect to buy the game one time and have all the characters free, I'll tell you now, it'll never happen. It's not just capcom btw, show me one fighting game where all the new dlc characters are free, I'll wait. Not saying it's good or bad, it's just how it is, so maybe you should stop hoping on something that isn't going to happen.

It's not a complete loss. As of season 4, Capcom actually started being professional and taking the development of this game more to heart. Yeah, there's no walking back how they shit the bed with SFV's launch and several years of complacency, but it's like watching Scrooge finally learn how to care again. This game will end on a strong enough note that hopefully they feel they can take their time and make SF6 a worthy game when it launches.

Incredible, the visuals don’t even look like the same game. An in proportion character model (not a deformed clay freak), an absolutely gorgeous stage, (no ridiculous npc jumping around) looks like a renaissance painting. This is the direction to move in for SF6, let us be well and truly done with SF4 goofiness.

Rose's theme has been one of my least favorites in SF, because it (and her character) were originally designed for Darkstalkers. But this remix is fantastic with flavor and drive, it feels much more Street Fighter-ish now. \o/
